Helen1978 - don't hal ve the recipe - cook it all and save half for the freezer - a quick and easy meal another night! We use quorn for currys so they're then free on green or red. There are some good ones on the SW website or in the magazine.

I would have made more and frozen it but the particular recipes I did said you couldn't freeze them. Probably cos of the yoghurt.

I wish I could get into the habit of drinking more water! You all seem to think it works miracles, but I find it a real chore!

    Hi lo_bush

Try drinking squash, or something free that you actually like. I like Robinsons fruit and barley, which is free on SW. The strawberry and kiwi, the summer fruits or the pink grapefruit are lovely, but they do a few others. If you find something you like you're more likely to drink lots :beer:xxx

  • does anyone know which biscuits have the lowest syns?
  • i don't know if anyone else does this but i've found by drinking a big glass of water before and after each meal, it fills me up and stops me snacking between meals. i also eat half a grapefruit before each meal cos it's meant to help burn off the fat and fill you up a bit so you can have a smaller portion of lunch or dinner. i try not to eat starchy foods in the evening so instead i have meat or omelette or vegetables and loooooooads of salad.

    lo_blush,

try to have a glass with every meal and I fill an old litre bottle of squash with squash and aim to get through at least 2 of those a day. I find this really works for me. Before this I was rubbish at doing it.

    Hope it helps
