skint catt,
chin up mate, don't let the !!!!!!s get you down, i had one of them days on friday, was told not to attend a meeting as i'd be more use answering the phone, even though i am more qualified than everyone else who did attend the meeting. just biding my time now and looking for something else.
something will come up, it always does, sooner or later, just focus on the positives in your life,
lots of love

Need your help please guys. I'd planned pasta bake for tonights dinner after I'd been to Tesco's however, I'm really not feeling good and I'm not sure I'll make it to the supermarket. I have Pasta n Sauces at home, but I'd still like to make a pasta bake - I have many basics - can someone suggest something?
Thanks xxxx0 -
Catt...what about adding some extra pasta to the pasta n sauce and sprinkle some cheese on top ( HEB)? maybe add in some veg etc...
Never done it myselt but it should be fine xDS Anthony Steven 07.06.92DD Becky Emma 24.01.94DD Rose Grace Jean 12.05.090 -
I cook the pasta first.
Make a sauce:
Fry off an onion, mushrooms, using a tin of tomatoes, a cartoon of passatta, throw in some herbs, garlic.
Then throw in either some bacon as a healthy B or some Tuna.
Your A choice is the cheese you top it with or feta crumbled in or top it with your healthy B bread made into crumbs.
Lob it in the oven till brown and hey presto 'Pasta a'la rialooney'.
Hope this helps.Starting weight: 13st 6lb 8 oz

Just want to say we are all with you Skintcatt. Come and have chat with us on here if you need it. I work for myself, but the clients have me at my wits end sometimes...and the boss is a right !!!!! :rotfl::smileyheagpuss0

got tomatos but no passata, got frozen mushrooms but no onion. I must admit I fancy the bacon rather than the tuna I was thinking of too! Might just use angelas idea - sorry rialooney - though I'll try yours another night when I've done the shopping (all those things were on my shopping list!). In that case i won't eat my Babybels (not that I fancy them anyway - think the egg sarnie I had for lunch was dodgy.....)0

Thanks gpuss, I always like this thread aswell as the whole Forum. You wouldn't believe half of what I could tell you about where I work - except we've had one resignation a week since New Year :rolleyes:0 -
You don't need passata.... got a blender? Tin of tomatoes whizzed in blender for three or four seconds... VOILA!! Passata!
Got any mushrooms? They always bulk out pasta and taste lovely0 -
No blender otherwise I would - bought plum toms the other day instead of chopped! Only frozen mushrooms which should be ok - I LURVE mushrooms! :rotfl:0
