Your welcome hun:D , i got the luxary frozen fruits myself , didn't think to put it with rice pud:rolleyes: :drool: :drool: :drool: love it.
WELL having after w/i tomorrow beans ,scambled eggs , 2 slices of wholemeal toast,h/b , banana. water
lunch tub of coucous with spring onion,chopped pepers, mushrooms,chopped tomatoes, fresh herbs.
yogurt ,pear. water
Dinner fishcakes , s/w chips ,mushy peas, water water water.
Pudding rice pud with fruit :drool: :drool: .
snack 2 alpine light bars -h/b0 -
hi all, started off on the right track
breakfast weetabix,hb, milk, ha, banana
packed lunch for day out, bread, hb, cheese,ha, and salad, and fruit
tea fish, chips, and mushy peas :eek: how many syns any one?????
fruit and a mullerlite tonight
trying to drink plenty water, as WI tommorrow
If from chippy on green chips 17.5, fish 22,mushy peas free total 39.5
If on red day chips 27,0 fish in batter 15.0 ,mushy peas 5.0 total 47.0, but the fish is free if you take the batter off , so it would be 32 in total0 -
ive had a bit of an up and down week
was good all the way up to friday, had my lunch on friday (jacket with beans & cheese) then got really bad toothache that made me really ill so i didn't eat till 9:30pm yesterday and that was kfc :eek:
today i've had pizza :eek:
not been able to eat much as my mouth is all swollen and i look like the elephant man but what i have eaten has been badThe only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about - Oscar Wilde:beer:

unfortunatly they were from the chippy. we were at the coast and kids wanted them for a treat, and being cold today, as well as lacking willpower, i had some also to warm up
Just get as much water and superspeed foods in you till you get weighed , and start again , hug for you to and weldone for sticking to it all the way up to your little plip,were all only human0 -

, i help because i do care and i know what i went through to get to target and you will get there to , just have faith in yourself , and stick to it .
I was ask years ago to become a consultant and i used to help out in class , but i moved and other thing came up , so i help work mates and famliy ,friends, and its great seeing the big change in them ,i send work mates to the two consultants i know who are wonderful and are not just in it for money , ive still get asked to come back by them but ,i can't make it (work &family)and best of all they are still at target and have it on there boards to show everyone , peachy x0 -
Hi all.once again my excuse for being lacksidasical is moving!did my heas and hebs in the morning then had carbonara and tons of wine for dinner.oops.to be honest,at the mo i feel rather rebellious and i don't care.BOO HISS!anyway,like i said moving is body magic and i've been moving for 2 days now!
WELSHNUTTA- it depends how much fat you left in the tin,what flour you used and how much meat juice/stock.that's why SW say use granules or bovril.not the same i know!i'd say,if you want proper gravy and pots and parsnips(on a red day?!) you'll have to go easy on the wine and stay superfree the rest of the day.otherwise it's flexi syns.
PARISKATE - IT'S HARD I KNOW BUT MAYBE WHEN YOU GO ON HOLS JUST TRY TO MAINTAIN.That way when you see them again you'll have lost loads of weight but they won't know how!personally,i have no big bones,just boobs,but i'm only 4 foot 11 so that tends to distract people too!!!!!!!however i know what size my jeans are and at the mo i feel like a potato head with tits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh.NOT sexy.:T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p
