Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker
    Hi everyone,

Going to have a green day tomorrow.
Going to try the rice pud sounds yummy.
Any ideas for breaksfast and lunch cheers only my second day
    Thanks

For breakfast I often have plain couscous mixed with a chopped banana and a Mullerlight - this is lovely and very filling AND it saves a Healthy Extra for later in the day.

Lunch is always easy on a green day - jacket potato with cottage cheese and/or baked beans. Pasta n Sauce are great for lunchtime, very quick and tasty (specially the tomato & herb one or broccoli & cheese).
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

The Mug Shot would have to be synned at the highest rate (red - around 10-12 syns) as they're a green day food which you've eaten with a red day meal. You've had your 2 HEBs but I can't see any HEAs and you really do need these so perhaps a milky drink during the evening and/or cheese on your supper-time toast would use them up.

Oh im so glad i didnt have the mug shot!!! LOL, Thanks for that, still trying to get my head around the mix 2 max, you really have to be carefull you dont mix the meals up

The quiche one I was looking for was the one with eggs and cottage cheese in, I know last time I did SW it was free depending what day you were on and if you put meat in or not. If any body does know how to make this one, can you post, I did go back over the old thread but couldn't see it.

This is the recipe I use, hope it helps.

    1. Chop all veg, meat etc and place in bottom of flan dish

    2. Cover with cottage cheese and egg mix - stir in cheese before this if
using. Spinkle with herb of choice. Can top with tomatoes if you like
    them.
    3. Bake in oven at 180 for about 30-40 mins. Can't be more precise as
depends on how wet mix is.

Test with a skewer. If it comes out wet leave quiche in a bit longer.

I have made 2 of these in the last week and even though I dont like cottage cheese these taste really nice.

    Good evening all,

Peachyest you are a star as always putting all those recipes together.

Pariskate visiting is so hard. For the road take loads of fruit, alpen lights, french fries, curly whirly or anything else that is a "treat" but low sin. So you don't have to resist and have a treat. LOADS OF WATER of course. Dealing with friends/family cooking is a tricky one. I just try to have lots of veg if I can and limit the meat. If it is pasta and meat, brake out in a cold sweat and run (only joking) try to only eat until you are full and if salad is on offer try to fill up with this. Any sauces that look bad try to have a little to be polite and leave as much as you can. PUDDINGS "oh no I couldn't dinner was so delicious I have over ate and have no room". But, most of all do your best and you really can't do anymore and if you do over do it then just try and jump back onto it asap afterall you are onlu human. Hope that helps

    Well a green day today....

Porridge, milk (HEA and B) desert spoon golden syrup (2 sins), good so far

Ah lunch, parents over proper gravy for dad..... so beef (HEB) weighed, lots of SW roast pots, parsnips and free veg. Oh its beef so on goes the yorkshire pudding (4 sins I think) half a ladel of proper gravey (10 tbsp anyone know the sin value?????) large glass of red the same as 2 smalls (10 sins) oh shoot

Cuppa break out the chocolate fingers after taking our shed down and removing the rubbish from it. My favourite, resist, resist oh go on 4 fingers in mouth before I can blink anf then pop one in for good measure when I was putting them away.......WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!!! (7.5 sins)

Dinner 3 egg omlette with mushrooms and tomato and 28g cheese (HEA weighed). Big bowl of fruit salad with vanilla muler light. Then pineapple to munch on whilst watching TV. lots of water

Can anyone help me with the sin value of proper gravy so I know exactly how bad I have been. please????? or maybe if its really bad its best not to know!

The fruit salad was the frozen one from tesco on offer for 99p not pad for frozen and a really easy tasty desert. I can imagine it would be lovely stired into peachyests rice pudding, definitely gonna try this.
    Lots to loose.....
first goal 2 stone (done) , Next target another 1st

    1 and 3/4 lb lost this week TOTAL: 31 and 1/4lb :j

DO YOUR BEST......NO MORE, NO LESS.

When you say proper gravy im presuming you mean granules made with meat juices?, thats 3 syns for 4 tbsp. If made with water then 2.5 syns for 4 tbsp.
