Thanks for the sdvice KellyBB, you're right, When I say I'm trying to lose weight people always say 'but you don't need to...." and I look a lot thinner than I am because my neck and shoulders are quite 'boney' an this is what people notice about you. However I want to lose a stone and feel that will put me at the weight and size I feel comfortable with (particularly in the a**e reagion). So, yes, my friends often do say go on, just a little bit. MY downfall on these road trips is service stations - the kids want a snack and drink and so.... and often the food is a real treat 'cause I can't get it easily here (my deadly list contains walkers cheese and onion crisps, Ginsters buffet bars and toffee crisps). I never eat this sort of junk in my normal life but there's something so deliciously 'home' about them that I find it difficult not to say ...."well, I am on vacation!" Look, I am already trying to talk myself into a few little snacks!
I also drink to omuch alcohol and don't drink enough water so that's another good reminder for me - water, water, water.

Well today i am trying mix to max for the first time.
Iv have beans egg and quorn sausages for brekie (GREEN)

Dinner will be- Mug shot and huge meat and fish salad with 6 wholemeal crispbreads(hob), tuna, pork and boiled eggs, followed by fruit and yoghurt.(RED)

Tea-SW chips with quorn fillets and pasta bake.(GREEN)

    Supper-Toast (hob)

Hoping this mix to max works, love the idea of being able to enjoy both days in one.

The Mug Shot would have to be synned at the highest rate (red - around 10-12 syns) as they're a green day food which you've eaten with a red day meal. You've had your 2 HEBs but I can't see any HEAs and you really do need these so perhaps a milky drink during the evening and/or cheese on your supper-time toast would use them up.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
