Morning all, I have tried the prune juice, its really not for me as I dont like the taste, made me feel sick more than anything!! So I am now on the look out for another miracle cure!!!:o
Going to take some flavoured water to work, carbonated, does this do the same as soda water?
Plan is to make the quorn curry out of the recent mag, been meaning to have it for the past few nights but always had a change of plan!!

Good luck to all that have wi tonight?

Now what are my chances of being able to convince work to let me leave early today, could really do with a half day so much to do at home ;)

Well done to those who have lost and good luck to those who have had a great weekend and are now getting back on track, you can all do it, keep going.

Wi tomorrow, not doing to bad, have stuck to plan and got on my scales and just on the 12st mark so looks like I'm doin ok. Last time I did SW 6 years ago I only lost 0.5 or 1 lb a week and it took me ages to loose nearly two stone, can I do anything to try and increase the loss, would like to lose1.5 to 2lb a week if I can. Have been trying to drink plenty of water, any other suggestions

I went running last night with my friend and we decided to do our own 'weigh in'. 10 stone 1 lb !! (i know that may not seem like a lot, but for me its massive). I don't know why i've not lost anything, been trying really hard to stick to plan. Very annoying.

Have a target of 8 stone - does that seem reasonable?

Me too choccie, I found out (acidentally) that sticking a big spoon of curry powder in my beans worked for me:o I did this once at work and poured them over a jacket potato, never again! different things work for different people, but this definately worked for me.
I don't really like soda water so i'm just going to try loads of the normal stuff.

    Hi everyone.
Hope you are all doing ok.
Im really starting to get my head round it all now. The 4lb lost on monday has boosted me on.
Last night i had a quorn stew in the slow cooker, it was lovely and dh has took some for dinner at work today and im having it for dinner too. I have loads left to freeze for later too.
I prefer green days i think, iv only done 2 red days and i seemed to be hungry on those days? Does any one else find this? I just love mug shots on green days they are so filling!!
Tonight im having spag bog with the meat as a HOb.

Hope you are all doing ok

This depends on how tall you are really, also what size you feel comfortable at??
well done on the running, it gets easier to go when it is light at night doesn't it! But make sure you get good running shoes if you want to do it regularly a friend of ours took it up and ended up needing operations on his knee/s because of the stress running puts on them if not kitted out correctly.

I want to get to 8 1/2 stone in the end, but everyone keeps telling me I will look too thin:confused: I have done mini targets on the way so a stone or a half stone at a time that way when i feel comfortable I can stop there and not feel like I have failed to get to target iykwim...
