Rather than bleach I would try some Ace bleach which is much milder. Soak it with an old white object as well. You could always claim on your household insurance if it were that expensive ?0

I know tesco stock this. Of course if the stuff was meant to be white you could always try bleaching it, but I've only done this with small items.0 -

Dylon colour remover is as good as they reckon. Got myself in trouble the other day for turning all the kids shirts blue, (trying to help, honest!!). Saved from crisis by intervention of Dylon, it took an overnight soak to sort out.

Jusr rewash again as normal before they dry - will get the worst out at least , then use a colour run remover if needs be... will gradually fade out on its own -trust me.................I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0

I've always wondered why on earth dusters are yellow anyway? It's impossible to wash them with anything else. I hope you managed to get the problem sorted.0

My mother gave me a lovely lightblue top that is handwash only. So I washed it tonight. Problem is that I'd also handwashed my todd's little red t-shirt (that had a little elephant embroidered on). I washed them separately but they touched momentarily while I was getting stuff ready, and now there's red marks on my top. I've just left it in water for now but any advice how to get the red out? It's a very delicate fabric. Any advice gratefully received.Context is all.
