Someone can help me on how to proceed to unlock it?

Could somebody please advise me how to unlock my Sony V630i Mobile? My contract with Vodafone has ended and I've contacted them 7 times to have my phone unlocked and they still haven't done it, every time I ring they fob me off with ridiculous excuses. I'm also unable to use my new sim card and still paying for vodafone bills....

As this is a rare situation, if you contact me via the Vodafone Online Contact Form I'll look into this for you and find out where the code is. Please include the code FIT135 in your message, as well as a link to this thread.
