  • Morning everyone

DH is back from France this evening :j He's only been gone since yesterday morning, but I've missed him so much (sad aren't I :o ).

Made tuna sandwiches for DD's and my lunch, followed by HM cherry cake. Also made tonight's tea last night (chicken parmigiana) DH's favourite - he should go away more often I seem to be much more organised :rotfl:

My cold is getting better - so I'm going back to work today (at least I've stopped aching and sneezing).

Caught up on all the washing yesterday - but didn't feel like ironing so will do that tonight.

(((((hugs))))) Smoky - words cannot convey what I want to say to you - but if there's any such thing as positive vibes rest assured they are being sent your way by the bucketload

    Have a great day everyone
Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )
Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)

Pen-Pin - I also forgot yesterday, I think you are between a rock and a hard place, I agree with redruby who said maybe ask her to do the ironing at your place, but as for the baby she may find that childcare is more expensive than what she earns, so it would no pointing working if it cost her. Sorry but good help is very hard to find.

    Happy Birthday poppett :bdaycake:

It's my birthday today, so not doing much all day! The beds are made, breakfast things washed up and kids almost off to school. SO......today I am gonna treat myself to a slouch day...cuppa infront of the tele! And of course mooching around on here.
