Day off today :j :j but I have loads to do, because i have been at work since last wednesday I have not had a good clean for a week, so all will be done today, I also have a few loads of washing today, but the sky is black and not looking promosing, so will have to limit the amount I do, and hang it on the airer, ( dont have a tumble drier, never have so don't miss it )

We have turkey stir fry for tea so thats quick and easy and no prep to do, just need to get meat out of freezer.

No dance class for DD tonight so will be back at a reasonible hour, she has hopefully got me some tickets for the show, she has to go back and see the teacher today.

I might phone and see if I can get my hair cut tomorrow, I have very long hair half way down my back, and TBH nobody ever notices when I have it cut, but I might treat myself, I very rarely have it done, and fancy a pamper :D .
Anyhoo seemed to have waffled on got ages, so will be off and give you a break :D .

    Good morning!

(((((Hugs))))) to Smokey. My thoughts are with you and your family.

(((((Hugs))))) also to Joanna and her family

(((((Hugs))))) to lyndseyann and her family

GB - you did make me laugh last evening

Redruby - you just reminded me - I'm putting a red rinse in my hair today

Weekend for me, and only 1 week to the Sheffield meet, and only 4 more days at w*** before my holiday, so I'm feeling :j :j It's choir tonight, and I'm really looking forward to that, especially as I missed last week, and haven't seen my friend for 2 weeks.

DD is off to Italy with the school on Saturday, so I need to do last-minute preparations for her. Think we've got everything, but need to check her list.

Quiche for tea, cake to ice, and I want to do more crochet.

Have a great day, Penny. x

    pen pin,

I had meant to say about your lady too, I used to have someone who done my ironing, who swore blind that she did not smoke, one day she got her new boyfriend to carry the washing out to my car, and he did so dangling a fag from his mouth, I phoned her as soon as I got home and stopped the aggrement, perhaps you need to have a quiet word or ask her to do the ironong at your place. The baby thing is more difficult, if you have allowed it once she probably thinks she can bring her all the time, perhaps you could say the crying is causing you headaches

    Morning All :hello:

Well so much for having a relaxing time while the kids are away!

OH was working from home yesterday so I spend the morning correlating information on flippin' spreadsheets. I think I might put in an invoice for office support. ;) Meanwhile the decorating wasn't being done. I was painting late into the night last night. The living room looks lovely and fresh so it was worth it.

So today I start on the hall, staircase and upstairs corridor. Not looking forward to that at all.

Only OH and me home at tea time so we might go out for a bite to eat.

Well, best get on. Hugs to all who need them. :grouphug:

You cannot live as I have lived an not end up like me.

Oi you lot - please :heart:GIVE BLOOD  - you never know when you and yours might need it back! 67 pints so far.

    Hi again

Glad you enjoyed my faux pas (or fox's paw as my kids used to say)! I must say I had a few chuckles about it myself last night.

Not a good night's sleep but I am sure I will sleep better tonight over at DD's.

Very windy still here and will set off once the worst of the traffic has gone around the Bypass.

Take care all and I hope to catch up with you all again on Saturday.

    Morning

Another late night for me as I went to see the musical Zorro. If it comes near any of you I'd highly recommend it. It's got to be one of the best musicals I've ever seen.

Got to go to the solicitor later to return a form. Got to pay myself some pin money later too after yesterday's trip to Mr T. Done some of my daily clicks.

Sitting here enjoying a free cup of herbal tea, courtsey of pigsback:money:

Think dinner will involve something to do with left over lamb from Sunday lunch

    Hope everyone's ok

    Good Morning All

Smokey ((((hugs))) and postive thoughts for you and your family.

Kyle - I feel exactly the same I really have got into a bad rut again after swearing that it wouldnt happen again this year - so this is the first day of trying again.

OH is at home so he will get on with housework so I have no excuse but to get loads done in my office. Once the school run is done will sort out dinner from the freezer - did do a menu plan but left today as a freezer surprise.

I would like to think that I will walk the dog for at least half hour at lunchtime - not promising anything but I know it will be good for me and hopefully stop that horrible sluggish feeling I get after lunch.

Off now for a quick surf while I finish my tea.

    Have a great day.

    Good morning.

    (((hugs))) to Smokybabe.

Well I'm back in work today covering some sick leave, but tonight I'm off out playing snooker. :D
OH is working today also, so the cat is home alone.
Off to bung some mince into the slow cooker and then it's the school run....well it will be when Miss Twit has finished drying her hair, these non-uniform days have a lot to answer for. Although at least we no longr dress up for world book day.

    Hugs to all.
