Tesco wrong prices thread part 2 - please post your finds here

Pork loin chops are overpriced on pack compared to shelf...can't remember exact prices as didn't buy, but thought I'd share info.

And no beef in gravy on shelf...all stocked with chicken. I know there was beef there two weeks ago!

we now have the beef in stock at our store but the signage has gone - anyone know when this promo ends? - also does the website tell you what the latest offers on extra points are?

6th September. The website does show the deals....but not all in one convenient place - you only see it when you are browsing

Blue Stilton pre packs were mis-priced. Can't remember the prices though.

Just had 2 packs myself both the smoked and unsmoked were shelf marked at £3.78 some of the packs had £4.42 printed but some were blank

hi. my local tesco is flogging 2kg smoked gammons for £7.99 but most packs are marked at £8.48. I scanned them and they came up at £7.99. I assume this means that you cannot work a refund...

not in that case, no, as you aren't being overcharged if it scans at the shelf price.

Just been to Tesco and bought a mispriced surge protection extension lead (4 way) - it's nothing fancy and it doesn't appear to have a guarantee, but better than nothing I suppose.

The price on the shelf was £6.47 and the price on the box £5.47 (by box I refer to the tesco price stamped on the box of 10 from which I took my multiplug) so I checked the price at the till £6.47 took it back to customer services and got it free.

From what I can tell the customer services staff didn't even do anything about the price (because they couldn't) - it wasn't a misprice on the shelf - it is a misprice on the actual box so they didn't remove it.

I bought it in tesco extra in cardiff.

Incidentally they also had some good prices on chocolate including NEstle double chocolate 125g for 32p a very nice bar of tiramaso chocolate (probably spelled wrong) for not much more, and an interestingly priced Lindt chocolate orange bar - 64p each or 2 for £1.90 -> I didn't try it one experiment was enough for tonight.

I'm so excited, just claimed my first refund! It was sooo good, anyway, Tesco Organic Beef steak, price on shelf £6.99/kg, on pack £7.99/ig, bought 4 packs and got over £11 back! Plus a trolley load of frozen beef in gravy! They probably can't make me out at all! Thanks guys, this is great. Apparently it is packed and sent into them, so should be the same error everywhere! Go get the organic beef!
