Morning all hope you are all well? Great cards everyone for last weeks challenge :j :T :A This weeks Challenge is Gate cards can be any theme i think im going to attempt a wedding card got quite a few wedding cards to do. Hope thats ok by everyone?

Love the cards did you print the vellum/acetate yourself?

before you press the upload now button on photobucket you need to select large from the drop down menu i find resizing after uploading makes them blurred

Toni....If you do 2 loops then make a bow of the two loops its easier. Once the bows made and your happy with it bad a bit of PVA in the centre to stop in coming undone http://sewing.about.com/od/bowsandribbonshowtos/ss/tiebow.htm

You can make a mock bow by making a loop knot and cutting it in the centre on an angle

good tip for getting the end points the same is to fold the end over in the midlde (both together) and cut from the crease out to the point

Hi bunbun its not difficult to do a gate fold card once you know how mumoftwo taught me how to do it im no good at explaining things :rotfl: i will ask her to explain a gate fold next time she comes on shes brill at card making and at explaing stuff. The wedding gate fold card is Not mine a lady posted a pic a while back and for some reason its not showing her name at the top????????
