Thats good. Ive always wondered when i loose weight, when would i be happy and think, yes this is where i wanna be.

Question 3 would be overloaded. Question four would be answered with, close your eyes and hope for the best!

1.5 lb gain --- the eggs were my downfall and then I just kept on falling. And I guess the two birthday meals out may not have exactly helped.

Well done to all those who managed to stay the same or even lose this week --- you beasts.

Hi all. I have a 4lb loss to report. Without sounding greedy, I am a bit disappointed with that as on Sunday morning i was 6.5 lbs down! And it is on the back of a 5.5lb weight gain reported last week. See, I said my weight varies hugely. Still, I am back to my 100 lb loss (exactly). More next week though...

    Hey guys & girls

Congrats where due and commiserations where not :p Hope you're all doing OK anyway!

FFM, I think you're doing fine, you should be able to give yourself some flexibility now and then and enjoy it! If a bit of weight goes on, you know how to lose it quickly enough. I sympathise about the pressure to prove you're eating... I have to deal with that too

Gpuk you are doing brilliantly. As for exercise suggestions, what about getting out of the gym soon when the weather hopefully gets a bit better? Predictably, I'm going to recommend dry slope skiing :p, tennis, golf, cycling (on a real bike). Or badminton, squash, ice skating, climbing wall...? Not for everyone I know!

Vix, the mortgage thing can be done! Even in the South East, so good luck with that! There are two of you so you're already at an advantage!

Efrieze, congrats on the loss and getting back to the 100lb! I know you are disappointed but I think losing 4lb of a 5.5lb gain is brilliant. If I can lose an equal percentage of my huge massive gain by Monday I will be over the moon so you've given me hope!

How's the ebaying been going for those who were doing some while I was away? :p

kpc - thanks for the fabulous photo of size 16 contstant for Miss England - she looks gorgous. Good on her (and the judges). missyg - haven't quite done any ebaying, but have cleared half of attic (house is on a lose weight programme) and got rid of quite a lot on freecylce and 3 bags waitng to go to charity shop. I'm hoping to pick up my touring bike from my mum & dad's at the weekend and that I must sell. With these knees, I finally admit I won't be using it again (haven't used it for ages and ages but hung on to it 'just in case'.) Maybe if I just get one thing on ebay it'll get me going. Could do with the cash - a wedding at the end of April I need fabulous outfit for.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

wendy 4.5lbs is fabulous, well done - that sounds avery good start to me - unless you have a differnt experience in the past, I wouldn't have thought you'd lose more than that generally in a week. A steady 1-2 lbs is normal and fantastic.Efrieze - well done on posting your weight again. I'm delighted you are back at 100lbs. I know you haven't lost all you wanted yet, but you are again proving then when you gain, you can and do lose it. Some other good losses coming in peeps: well done Gpuk and kpc. Excellent sts from Victory and poohbear. And most gains peeps seem to know is down to that chocolate time of year.
