This will probably sound incredibly nasty, but does anyone else think she'd look even better if she lost a couple of stone?

Totally agree Beanie. Virago, according to the Shorter Oxford English Dictionary, means a termagent and a scold.
I'm really glad that not everyone sees a size 0 as their ideal of beauty, and that's me speaking as a !!!!!! (Did I get that right, Vix?)0 -
Hello newbie girl here.

She'd look gaunt in the face if she lost any weightunfortunately people never seem to be happy with the way other people look yet seem completely oblivious to the damage their comments can make.
She's been incredibly brave in going up for the comp as even though she looks gorgeous she's opened herself up to all these mean minded comments which shallower people carelessly throw around.0 -
Welcome LMM
Congrats on the snack embargo...Biscuits are my main weakness whilst at work.
Keep the exercise up and it will soon make a difference.
you doing anything else to compliment the excercise? there's a lot of people on this thread so loads of advice pinging around if you have a q about anything.0 -
Morning grannnynise - only 1lb lost at last night's weigh-in please.
Disappointing yes, but mostly surprising - don't know how/why so little, after last week's 5lb, but will persist.
Have had a hard time getting through the required 20 points daily(have stuck on 9-13 range by natural preference on food) although fewer after last night - dropped to the stone below.
No easter eggs or similar.
Gym/swim assessment and first session yesterday, too - so can start regaining pre-injury mobility, and more I hope.
Good luck to all this week.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:
