In my opinion a bit of extra weight suits some people better than others regardless of age. A taller woman with an hourglass figure for example could carry it better than a shortie like me - when I put on weight it's the dreaded apple shape and I look like a weeble even at size 14. I'm guessing Vix's MILFY mamma falls more into the former category ;)

    Evening everyone.

Just got in from work so a quick catch up. An update on my EFT experiment with chocolate. There are quite a few Easter eggs at work plus two boxes of chocolates from a colleague who was leaving. Any other time I would have been in there in a flash. I used the EFT tapping lots of times. Twice I had a really strong urge to eat some Easter egg. I was giving the clients some and we were sat round the table. I had a piece in front of me and rated 0 to 10 how much I wanted it. I began at 10 and gradually got it down to 6 and gave it to someone. One of the clients was tapping herself when I was lol. I consider it a success as any other time I would have had as much as I could. Will continue every day.

Will weigh myself in the morning and post.

Katyk sorry to hear of your bereavement.

  • Hello Granny, could I report a STS this week please.

Next week will probably not be so good, as I have tucked into too much home cooking - chocolate cake, millionaire's shortbread, ultimate choc chip cookies, hot cross buns, and easter eggs.

Funny enough it was a reaction to the 'you don't want to lose any more weight, you're looking a bit gaunt etc' kind of comments - I think I was trying to 'prove that I am eating' - as we had visitors over the easter holidays.

It's making me feel a bit down because I know I am now overeating, I need to get back to the 'sensible me' before I do some real damage. Getting back to work today was good because I can only eat what I take with me and I drink lots of water. If only evenings were as 'good'.

    FFM :)

Mums about the same height as i am. Im 5'3 so shes like around that somewhere. She does carry most of her weight on her torso, big boobs and a tummy. She does have thin legs, thinner than mine! Not hard to achieve though.

Infact, i dont think i would be on this thread if my thighs and !!!! werent so massive. Although was it one of you guys or trinny and susannah that said that pear shapes are the people who diet the most?

Infact, i dont think i would be here if i didnt work in lingerie. When people ask me about tights and their size i refer them to the grid at the back which normally goes on height and hip, when i read it out it says it goes to a maximum hip of 42 inches, and they reply like OHHHH NOOO WAY my hips are miles away from that, and theres me, miss 42 incher. Always makes me feel fat and off the scale.

I say that as i get passed another bit of chocolate egg and scoff that :p

Granny: Youre a !!!!!!. grandmother i'd like to Fcuk :p Although stick with !!!!!!, !!!!!! can be met with varied reactions.

Right im off back to the cricket! Im gunna miss Flemming, he was such a hottie.
