tagz wished we lived nearer I would love to go swimming [not a strong swimmer but can keep afloat ]I love it but no-one to go with as OH can't swim. And anyway still a bit self conscious bout wearing a cozzy , and friends don't seem interested , might pluck up courage and see when ladies night is but still dont fancy going on my own,

I prefer going on my own, as I can concentrate on the lenghts rather than keeping my friend entertained!

Well, weighed in today, I think I've more than made up for the last 2 gains. A loss of 5 lbs!yes2.gif Happy or what?!!
This also means I have broken the 15 stone mark, and I now weigh 14 st 13.2 lbs!! :D

Monday night is usually my treat day, and I was planning on having chop, mash & gravy tonight. But this has spurred me on to keeping it up. Still having the chop, but with salad instead. I did have a sausage sarnie for breakfast (which was lovely) so that's my treat for today.

I'm itching to go to the gym tonight, but I know I need to have a rest day, my right knee is aching. Makes a change from being able to go & don't want too!

Wendy - this is spooky - EXACTLY the same happened to me in Malta a good few years ago. We were visiting relatives and thankfully my brother was there to save me! You're not artistic too are you?

Anyone else thinking that Tagz & Wendy is the same person with split personality syndrome :rotfl:

Raphael Well done on the 5lb loss:j :j

It's been said I'm a bit nuts but I'm not sure I've got a split personality yet. Who said that? I did! Well I think I might have a split personality. Well I don't. Well I'll have to agree to disagree with myself.
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!

Raphael that is brilliant - and a real lesson in looking at the bigger picture, as you did, when having a gain. Keep at it and look at the months results. Really chuffed for you - and down to the next stone bracket as well. You will never be 15st again!
Jusy had two ginger biscuits: sucked them really slowly. 4 syns. Hopefully nothing now til dinner time which will be HM chicken & veg curry & no rice. No fruit left in the house but waiting for builder to come round to sign off plasterers excellent job, so can't nip out and get some.
Just found on the internet how much they are asking for the house opposite me, exactly the same layout ( a two bed terrace, where 2nd room is a lge single), but freshly redecorated/refurbished £340,000:eek: . Thinking of downsizing to a tent :rotfl: .
Tagz 1 & 2: annoying re the swimming. I did cold water therapy a few years ago where I sat up to my neck in water for 20 mins every morning for a year at 16 degrees. Now that's [strike]cold[/strike] extremely refreshing:D .
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

That's really great starlight - what do you think has made the difference - just having a break for the routine? Becasue since that phase when you were stuck, you started doing really well again.

Victory I'm absolutely delighted that you feel you can relax things very slightly! You can do that and still maintain just as good as you have been doing I'm sure :D

Raphael, incredibly fantastic loss for you! You're doing brilliantly, and Starlight fantastic too!

I'm sorry to be the first one to wreck this week's fabulousness so far by posting my completely expected 3.25lb gain. No excuses whatsoever, I was over my calories every single day and most of the days I didn't even bother counting :rotfl:

Prior to losing the weight, that would have been more or less my normal eating pattern so it's no wonder I got fat. I have given myself 3 weeks to lose the 5lb extra I weigh now compared to my lightest.

Hello Everyone and congratulations to all the fabulous losers this week!;)

I had a small gain of 1/2 pound this week which isn't too bad since I had a night out which included beer :o:o and pizza:o :o:o !

Actually I had such a good time that I think a 1/2 pound gain was a more than fair price to pay!

    Love to all
    Marion

Still keeping a beedy eye on that skip!

LOL at the split personality of Tagz and Wendy :rotfl:

Well done for the fab losses Raph and Starlight, and well done to Missy and Marion for admirable reactions to the gains, just the way to be :T

Enjoy your break Victory, it really is lovely to hear such a positive shift in your attitude to yourself.

Efrieze, are you still on hol? How's the book going (dare I ask)?

BB, what about a yurt on the Downs? :D
