Great results Raphael and Starlight. Is it something to do with having -xx in your names? Can I change my name to grannynise - xx? or maybe it's actually to do with having more self discipline than I currently do?0

well done Raphael doesn't it feel great when you see the next number!! i am hoping to see 15 something this week!!0

Evening!
Been a good girlie today, had 2 weight watchers yoghurt's for breakfast, 1 jaffa cake , 2 slices of toast with light Philadelphia on for lunch and a light chocolate mousse and 2 cans of diet kick (tesco red bull!)
Not sure what to have for dinner yet but will make sure its healthy.
Hope you don't mind me posting what i have eaten, just trying to keep a good track of things. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Hi everyone!
BB: I have taken some vitimins before but i found that that brought on a cold so i stopped taking them! Perhaps it was just coinsidence and i should re start. Thanks for the tip! Its been two days now and i havent had any new problems, just my conjunctivitus and my tonsils playing up. Joyous.
Delly: Go for a Level 4 Shock Absorber. Make sure its a bra that has boob compartments so it seperates your boobs instead of one that looks like a crop top! Dont go below level 4 and make sure its really tight around the band. That should be it really....
Work was so sodding boring today it wasnt even funny. I started to tidy up and got carried away so i chucked out lots of relevent stuff. Woops. Then i nearly cashed up the till and i arrived late. Not the best of days!
Im off to do college work now. Hope you guys have a nice evening!0 -
Brighton_belle wrote: »Raphael that is brilliant - and a real lesson in looking at the bigger picture, as you did, when having a gain. Keep at it and look at the months results. Really chuffed for you - and down to the next stone bracket as well. You will never be 15st again!
Not unless I put on 0.8 lbs this week! :rotfl:It was great telling my mum, now I can say I weight 14 st- something, instead of 15 st - something, sounds a lot better
I can still reach my June target of 14 st, I need to aim for a loss of 1.8 lbs each week. Bring on the next target.Debt Free as of 17/01/2009 Turtle Power!!

Wendy We'll probaby find out we are distant rellys! I paint (pictures not walls!....well them too) and my son has got a place to study art in Wimbledon College of Art , so proud (but I did teach him everything he knows!). No Maltese connections?
Well I well and truly blew it today (steady Ajax and Suggs). Went to Chiquito's after bowling. Was angelic up until dessert and then was rugby tackled by a chocolate brownie. I fought hard and only had half but by then it was too late! I hang my head in shame but with a little grin on my face.Well it was lovely!
Congratulations to those who have lost weight and make a little room for me amongst those who have probably put some on.I would if I could but I can't so I won't!0 -
