    Hello :)

    Well, this has been the longest week of my life, I'm exhausted, I've spent a fortune on petrol and parking charges, BUT my DH has had the operation and is making good progress AND I lost 6 pounds! :):)

    For all you money saving SW'ers, Sainsbury's sell frozen, prepared fruit salad, 480g for £1, and it's on special offer at the moment - 4 for the price of 3. It's part of their basics range, but it's great. It consists of Apple (35%), Melon (26%), Grape (15%), Mandarin (12%), Pineapple (12%) and is great with some cereal and natural yogurt for breakfast or dessert.

    Have a great week everybody - I'm not able to follow the thread very closely at the moment, but I'm checking in whenever I can.

    hi louis, hope youre husband is doing ok now.

    purplecatlover: Oh dear! Try the internet! My boyfriend forgot his nans birthday untill the day before, managed to order some on next day delivery in the evening and they were delivered on the day. There is one that we saw at the time that had a card you could send with the flowers too. She never knew we forgot and she said the flowers were excellent.
