Lordy, you lot dont half talk. Some of us have peeled the spuds, swede, parnips, carrots and started cooking two dinners! MrsSuggs and her DS are over at Clacton, its her dads birthday tomorrow, and I have my three kids with me. So its sausage, mash and beans for 4 with slow cooker chicken drumsticks and veg for the travellers later when and waiting when they get home.

Rugby wise, yes Missy I did play yesterday, it was the last league match of the season, local derby over Bletchley, we won 27-15 I was running like a flanker (correct spelling Ajax ;) ) all game even when the ribs went again! Actually its worse than last week, I didn't sleep very well at all to be fair. I had my own fan club yesterday in the rain and wind, MrsS, two of my kids and her son watched, it was his first time and even he commented that I looked too small :) Like I said yesterday was the last league match of the season, we may have a friendly next week, wether I play depends on the ribs and who the opposition are to be honest.

suggs any tips for someone who does no exercise at all ,where do I start, cant afford to go to a gymn do a little bit of walking and thats it . thought about getting exercise video/dvd but which one there are so many ,want to firm up a bit as I am worried about loose skin What do you advise ?
    thanks

Wendy, sorry I missed your post, I tend to not be around much at the weekends due to kids and rugby. With regards to exercise, two things to remember,
1 We all start somewhere, even Me and Missy and that Paula Radcliffe all started from little and built up. My first session in the gym was frankly cringe-worthy, So take it easy and do what your comfortable doing. If you drive park the car further away and walk. What about going for a walk, now the weather, should be getting better ;) Not sure about exercise Dvd's I am sure someone will help you with these.
    2. If at first you dont suceed, It can and it might well hurt, but this is more because the body isnt used to it, keep at it, every step is part of the journey and part of the new improved you. So plan a walk, plan a session but take it easy.

Loose skin wise, I have plenty of this, I have been concentrating on CV work and weight work, so hopefully this will change once I go onto the weights in the summer. but considering I have lost so much weight I dont have a really bad belly, its more around the breast and inner thigh area that the real probelm areas for me. Any form of excercise will help though, again the DVD might be of use to you.
Right the spuds on the go, I shall leave you guys to chat.

    Might be back soon

    Hi everyone.

Its taken me awhile to catch up on the old posts!

Today its my 2 year 6 month anniversary with matt :) Although hes at work and im doing college work so no romance in the slightest. Booooooring.

I also have conjuctivitus now. Yes! Something else to add to the collection of diseases ive had the past two weeks.

Tagz: the stepper is defo the way to go, if i ever used it properly i would probably see some good results from it!! I know some people cant do very long on it, while others are ok for ages before they get puffed out. I guess you gotta see which category you fall under!

tagz and wendy instead of trying to do proper sit ups stick with crunches? they are much better for your back and are as effective. my stomach muscles hate me after mon and wed classes lol. literally just lift your shoulders off the floor. don't need to be anchored bby anything either for them. if you want to make them harder lift your legs up into the air and then do them.
