just had my weigh in
:rotfl: lost 4lbs:rotfl:
i have now lost 3 stone and 2lb and next week hope to see the next number!!
i also fitted on my swimming costume for the 1st time in years and it looks ok so will start swimming very soon,will go with hubby so can't wait!!
also this week someone at work noticed i lost weight! but she will not tell anyone and she cant believe it and that nobody else have noticed!! :rotfl:
