kymrob you are doing fantastic ,well done ,when I lost my 6st last year I had to lose over 2 st b4 I got a comment as I too kept quiet , but after 3 or 4 st the floodgates opened and the compliments poured in ,and I loved it , it spurred me on even more ,after the winter when you get into your summer clothes you will be like a beautiful butterfly emerging and just wait for the comments then well done and keep up the good work xxx

ajax you men and your machines , getting romantic over a car huh , now the mention of designer clothes gets me excited ,that I can understand.give me my little red micra [poppy] anyday and any spare money can be spent on shoes

suggs any tips for someone who does no exercise at all ,where do I start, cant afford to go to a gymn do a little bit of walking and thats it . thought about getting exercise video/dvd but which one there are so many ,want to firm up a bit as I am worried about loose skin What do you advise ?

....I'm with you all the way tagz, I don't understand the fascination with cars that some people have either. To me a car is like a washing machine, it's just a lump of metal that's bought to do a job. I've got a rusty old Proton.

Jensen is different though. It was our car company, and our boffins who came up with that autoporn

Well I'm disappointed! Was due to go running with my friends this morning and woke up with a jippy tumtum! Worried that I will lose momentum with my exercise. I'll see how I am later and maybe do my exercise dvd. I've got the one by Michelle Mc Manus and I have to say it's quite good. I've got a bad back (arthritis and an old whiplash injury) and all the way through they tell you how to protect your back for each bit.

The only thing is my OH makes me laugh when he tells me to get on with my Mick Mc Manus!

:eek: unless that girl has changed a lot since I last saw her, I think she's uber-confident to bring out a video. She'd need a super loss of Suggs proportions to make that viable.

EDIT: Blimey, I take it all back with an apology to the bird. Turns out she lost 10 stone. My flab has never been so gasted. The quoted 13st for her curent weight still seems optimistic though, judging by the pic with the story.

Sorry Ajax the dream of a Jensen is really my OH's (there is one on a road near us and he drools each time we go past)! I'm not into cars apart from the very first one I had. A beautiful Triumph 1300 with walnut dash and leather seats. I adored that car! I even named it Biggles!

....tell hubby to stop drooling as he'd never be able to move the car lol. They had a 7.2 litre engine I think - gallons per mile rather than the other way round

Was yours yellow? There was a particular shade of Triumph yellow that looked really smart.

Hello,

I haven't been on here all week as been busy and hectic emotionally too :rolleyes:

I have no idea how i have done it but lost the 1lb gain from last week plus another 1/4 of a lb bringing my total weight loss now to 11lb exactly since start of year :T

Considering i have eaten a lot this week and had 2 meals out i don't understand it but not complaining! :rotfl:
