I meant as in the actual company, obviously its far to difficult for you to share, either that or KPC is distracting and your making her spill the ginger beer! :rotfl:

    Thanks Brighton Belle and Katiepoppycat

Both brilliant ideas, I am going to try my hardest, will make up a menu this weekend.

Last night was a washout, went to daughters, her 2 youngest have chicken pox so bit of a nightmare, we ended up having KFC just for convenience (I dont mind but I don't even like it much!)

Hey ho. Today is another day

.....KPC has gone to get some work done so I have a 10-minute window to climb up and tap at her keyboard. If by which company you mean bookie, then use em all - really use them. Place one bet on your terms and then forget they exist. If you mean which exchange then Betfair is the best as it has the most liquidity in it.

Back to work for my yoghurt rations.

Today is indeed another day Nessa, well done for being philosophical about it. As Beanie so rightly says, life justs gets in the way sometimes.
BB, what a lovely post, which reminded me of Victory's wonderful post. It made me cry too - I was so moved OH came and gave me a cuddle! I wanted to say to Victory and everyone else who said such kind things a few pages back, that I feel very humbled and honoured to have been able to help in any way. I have learnt so much over the past 18 months about myself and it's great to be able to share that on here and help others. It also makes me feel so much better about shelling out £38 an hour ;) I'm afraid I haven't been able to express myself as I would like this morning but I hope you get what I mean. I love being part of this thread too, for all the wonderful support and advice I get in return, and for allowing me a safe space to experiment with my boundaries, so thankyou :iloveyou:

Missy, I'm glad Suggs answered your question as my brain is too addled to cope this morning :D Care to share your 12-week plan, I love a bit of vicarious excercise me!

KPC, what a fantastic idea for Nessa, and anyone else who has to move about a lot :T I pack myself a little 'kitbag' when I go away for a few days, just with things that people may not have, and it does help. Hope your computer is okay!
Good news about the freezer Victory, must be a nightmare without one! Happy decluttering, fancy coming round mine when you fiinish?:D
Pet, really glad to hear you're feeling a bit brighter today, hit those utilities hard!

Thanks for all the good wishes for Sol - we had to take him back to the vets this morning as it hadn't improved, probably having a (very expensive) Xray  Sadly don't have pet insurance yet as we're trying to find one that'll take our older cat  so our anniversary meal was cancelled. Oh well, as long as Sol's okay. I'm mashed today from looking after him all night (OH has been told to pull his finger out if he thinks we're having kids!!) so a definite duvet day here, sigh.

    Afternoon all

Have gone and weighed myself, and after all the fun and frolics of Hong Kong and the gain that went with it, I am happy to say I have lost 9lb :)

Obviously I am very happy, the weight didnt start to come off till the weekend, so I was starting to worry, but glad its gone :)

Bails hope sol is ok, these things are sent to try us, and its odd that its more expensive for a animal x ray than a human x ray  enjoy the duvet day :) btw when talking about Sol, do you refer to him as 'our Sol'?? ....I'll get me coat!! lol

Sure - I'll summarise so I don't bore the pants off too many people :p
    • 2x primary activities per week which I can do mainly with my son - 1-2 hours each (Inline skating, Ice skating, Cycling, Swimming, Walking/hiking, Pilates, Yoga, Tennis, Badminton, Skiing, Climbing etc - trying to do new things, suggestions welcome!)
    • 3x additional shorter sessions per week - 30 mins each - probably home gym or extra cycling.
    • At least 2 miles walking every day, at least 5 days a week.
    • One rest day per week (so that Bails doesn't yell at me ;))
    • Thinking of adding a running challenge, I really don't like or enjoy running at all, but I like to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone. So maybe something like building up to being able to run for 30mins or do a 5k. If not this, I'll need another separate challenge, something I can build up to and get a sense of achievement.
I've made a spreadsheet to track my progress, fill in times etc, as I did last year :)

    Comments/critique anyone?

    Gala Bingo?

Pet that figure is makeable quite easily, possibly for a whole year if you source the bookies.

Pet I'm glad I wasn't the only one reading that comment the same way as you :rotfl: I was thinking hmmm.... I don't think that's gonna work :p

I think G*** is a well known bingo company?

Suggs well done! There are quite a few of us in the "gained loads on holiday but lost it the following week" club now! :D
