Missy, you seemed pleased and not too down on yourself for the slight gain, so I thought congratulations were in order, I would be happy too if my gain was that small
(ok have a dig at me if you will) The easter egg was lovely and I still have a raging sweetooth, always have though. The betting thing took me time, but essentialy its 'free' money in my case bet the £10, gained £50, so worst case was I would be £40 up, as it was I was £56 up
.......well done for getting into it Suggs. There's more very easy money to be had through matched betting - got myself another £35 the weekend just cos I fancied a punt on the Albion game. If you've not looked into it, take a look at the boards.0 -

Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen
Congrats on all your hard work but I need some help (and hope I'm in the right place). My fella has decided he wants to lose a bit of weight which I'm all for and been sitting on the net all day finding healthy recipes. But, he's very dependent on energy drinks, due to long days and early mornings. I was wondering if anyone knew of something healthier to relplace it, but still give him a bit of a kick or at least get him through the day. I know you'll all say water but that's not an option believe me.
Please help.0 -
wendy~ all my local chemist had was Lecithin & cider vinigar.
So will give them a try meantime.

Well I never really believed in miracles untill 10 am this morning when I stepped on the scales at SW wondering how much of the 8 pounds I had gained last week were still stuck to my hips!
The answer folks is NONE plus another 1 pound on top meaning I have lost an incredible 9 pounds this week!!
Now I know that last weeks gain must have involved some fluid retention but my goodness I am so happy! If I hadn't stuck to the plan so well this week I know it would have taken me ages to shift it. Guess if it goes on fast it can come off fast too?
Big hugs and love to Cat & Missyg and love to everyone else too!
Victory - When we bought our house I spent so many sleepless nights worried sick that we had bitten off more than we could chew. I was terrified we would not be able to afford the payments and my husband and me and our 2 girls would be out on the street. Our monthly mortgage was £45 !!! I know it is a joke now but at the time it was a lot of money to us. Good luck in your search!
Love
Marion

I tried both daily and individual emails but after a day or so they just stop! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
