Busy old day today but a good one ( no negatives here otherwise I'll be going for the sympathy vote...:rotfl: )
Spent £12.00 on petrol today, £2.58 on the doughnuts and biscuits for the proof-reading guys, 60p on a paper and I ran slightly amok in the football club shop, spending £24 on two kits for the boys. They were reduced from almost £80 as it's the away kit that's been dropped but it'll be fine for them training in.
Popped into Tesco on the way home and spent £7.92.:rolleyes:0 -
Didn't goo too far today but still spent too much...
Bought a ham roll and slice of Aus crunch ( £2.15 ), milk and a treat for the boys tonight ( £2.74 ) and football training this evening ( £3.00 )...
Football tomorrow so will be a heavy day spend-wise. I forgot to get their football socks yesterday so will need them tomorrow plus the usual stuff. Thankfully, there's only one more game till August so things'll quieten down a bit.0 -

Tad overcast today, methinks rain is on the way.
Very early trip down to football today as it's the Family Fun Day at YTFC. Stiltwalkers, brass bands, Transformer robots, face painting etc etc plus a free two hour kids training session with some players (). The boys had an hour's training last night plus they have a match tomorrow so they'll be well fit. Of course, we have Yeovil v Crewe afterwards to look forward to. A win today should mean safety from relegation....

Hello Chip and gang
Hope you are all ok. Back off me hols now and back to work tomorrow.
Spent far too much on holiday and kept having to dip into my bank account for more, as the pound is well down compared to the euro.
Need to go back to work now and earn some dosh and sell more on ebay.
Glad to see this thread is still going, I enjoy reading it.0 -
A quietly routine day here in Chipville....
Managed to get 230 catalogues done in between the rain showers. I say "in between" but it was more "in" than "between", got soaked twice this morning...:D
Sold some football stickers swaps on E-bay tonight, got just over a tenner for them which was good. On BBaM's recommendation, I'm putting the money aside for my little 'uns to get them a nice present later in the year. I've got £22 in their accounts now from just this month which I'm happy with.:D
Diet went well today too. Stuck to it pretty much, I need to now as I've only got less than three weeks to shift these last 12.5lbs which will be tricky. If I get to three stone, the boys football club will benefit to the tune of around £125 and if not, it will be just below £100.0
