Today was the first "no-spend-day" for a long time. :j
The children didn't want to do very much today, football training on Friday night saw to that  and they play a match, weather permitting, tomorrow so we just mooched around the house. I remember opening the front door once for something and that has been that.:D
Lowest calorie day so far this month bringing that average down a little more so ll in all a good day.:D0 -
Tiring old day today as Sundays always seem to be...
Refereed both games today so that's another 80-90 minutes running around after twenty-odd seven-year-olds. Treated myself to a mahoosive McDonalds afterwards to bang the calories up a bit. Still lower than normal today so should have lost a bit, methinks.:j
Busy week ahead; have 2,007 catalogues in the lean-to to deliver by Friday week, off down to Yeovil on Thursday to proof-read the programme for the penultimate time and stuff some goodie bags; having the boys on Wednesday for football training and picking them up for the weekend on Friday lunchtime.:j:j
Todays' spend then. £6.57 at McDonalds, £2.10 on football stickers, £2.00 on bread and ham and £4.00 on DS2 / DS3's football training.0 -

Not yet and I don't expect them to. They'll have to offer it, I'm not going to ask for it.
I am doing more work on articles next season for the programme but at the moment, the proof-reading will be done via PDF / email.0 -
Hey there!
just posting to say hello.
Glad that they are pdf-ing the draft to you, that'll save some time/money.

Hi Maz...:p
Spent too much today really so for today only, I'm not a DFW, sorry.
Put £20.00 of petrol into the car ( Tesco's, 20 Clubcard points ) then spent £13.77 on shopping ( did it today as I'll be busy later in the week ) , popped into Staples on the way home from work (£6.08 on some stationery ) then worst of all, I went down to my local Ikea. Now I'll let you into a secret, I'm very fond of Ikea stuff and I'm trying to co-ordinate my stuff properly but very much on a budget. I saw a Malm chest of drawers there with 30% off because of a mark, down to £17.50, so I bought it:A , had to be done really.
Diet's gone okay, ooh except for the Ikea meatballs meal I had tonight for £3.75. Ouch!:eek:0 -
But their meatballs are fab.So worth it & you have to eat.

That's where this chest was - in Bargain Corner.
I went there two or three years ago and they'd reduced an out-of-production circular table from £85 to £42.50 and then again to £21. It was about 42" across and my car was full up with the week's shopping so I had to go home first and empty the car. When I got back there an hour later, the tables were....

It's still going now. Nice table really.:D0
