    Yup - I LOVE Blackpool!! Its so retro, I went in 1996 with a freind of mine (we were both 16) and spent 4 amusing days there.

    Im up for that! Fish and Chips by the sea too!

    I have to say I badgered OH to take me to balckpool a couple of years ago for my b/day - and stayed half-an-hour (""please take me home")- all i can say in my defence is not enough alcohol prior to arriving!! Seriously though if anyone wants to break their journey in urmston I have a spare bedroomn that can be used and then TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!!!! okay 35 miles to blackpool. I'm up for it. I also have a lot of floor space for those with sleeping bags...... first come, first served...............
    But I'm going to say this once, and once only, Gene. Stay out of Camberwick Green :D

    Hey Rage - I know where you are coming from re Blackpool, but let's face it, it's the only area I can find lots of cheapy hotels in and we'll be nattering most of the time (and taking a tipple I'm sure)

    Don't forget, it's out of season so the likelihood of being accosted by a drunken stag party from Dudley, wearing Union Jack shorts and kiss me quick nipple piercings is somewhat diminished :D (I'm sure this can be arranged for a small fee if that's what you're going to miss tho' :D:D)
