I wanna be mortgage free!

You could consider an insulated cafetiere jug as an alternative; ground coffee and hot water at Uni and mine stays hot in the pot for an hour. If you buy a filter coffee m/c get one which doesn't need paper filters (they add running cost obviously).0

Yeah his last one didn't have those. It needs a milk foamer on it as well though. He loves foamy milk...and it means I can relive my old coffee shop days!! I was a whizz at making the drinkies!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Get him a little whisk for the foamy milk and a cafetiere as Stuart suggests, then you can get the ipod too!0

He has both (cafetiere and whisk) but you can't get hot steamed milk properly unless you have a proper machine. I've basically settled on the machine I think because it's cheaper than the ipod.
Besides I don't want him having a better one than me! ha haReduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

The builders have just finished putting the roof on our shed! Woo hoo! So if nothing else I've got somewhere to hang out some washing! :rotfl: Hopefully we can get FIL to come and sort out the electrics and plumbing soon and then we can make my little laundry area!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Bit cheesed off...can't really plan lessons for next week because I have no idea what my classes have been doing!! It's rather annoying.
Still, I can do housework type stuff I guess. I'm feeling a little nauseous again today - so I've emailed uni to say I'm not going on Saturday. My sicknote runs out on Sunday anyhoo.
I feel very out of control at the moment and I'm not enjoying it one bit!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Twinklie, that is a tremendous list - don't push yourself too hard!
When I came back from a big virus, I gave the first day of classes really simple, but relevant, things to do for the day, as it took a longtime to tidy the classroom, locate books and things, especially if you're not 100%.. sometimes going in all guns blazing is not great for your health!15/5/12 Paid off Mortgage 1 (£220k) Bought Dream House:www: Dec 13 - Mortage 2 -£116,508. 15/7/18 Mortgage Free Again :j

Good plan Earthgirl. Food for thought for me there. It's only 2 out of 4 classes that could cause probs on Monday so we shall see...Tuesday is a bit different. Got a 2 hour lesson with yr 10 with 2 VERY BIG trouble makers in it.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
