Right, bathroom is in the living room in boxes. Trying to motivate OH to go into loft and sort stuff out so we can put some things out of the living room into it. This will hopefully create space for the 6 internal doors, fire, tiles for bathroom and wallpaper that is being delivered on Tuesday!

Then hopefully he will rip all the tiles off the bathroom wall tomorrow....get a soil pipe sorted on Tuesday and start tiling when the new stuff arrives! I'm so expectant!

I guarantee none of this will happen as OH will moan moan moan and sit doing things he shouldn't instead! Grrrrr....

I've written the essay but don't know if it actually makes any sense. So I've decided to leave it and come back to it another day. I'll print off a few articles I need for the next one, perhaps do the third and then reread the 2nd. Does that make any sense to anyone else?

I'm trying to resist the need to write another list but I fear I may have too!

Makes perfect sense to me :o. When I did my OU degree my 1st tutor told me to write all 4 essay plans in exams before writing 1st actual answer - that way part of your brain could tick away in the background on all the others. I think that's what you're aiming for
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Ok, trying to get organised with regard to the mortgage and look at how OPing is going to affect us. So I've done a guesstimate with regard to September. We shall see how correct I am at a later date!

Mortgage at start of September: 40'926
      Overpayments in Blue.
      Interest in Red.
      Balance in Green.

Month: Payment (Std / OP) / Interest (per day) / Net reduction / Balance

      September: 450.00 (328.81 / 121.19) / 183.83 (6.13) / 266.17 / 40'659.83

Totals: Payment / Interest / Net reduction.

      Minimum: 450.00 / 183.83 / 266.17
      Maximum: 450.00 / 183.83 / 266.17
      Average: 450.00 / 183.83 / 266.17
      Grand Total: 450.00 / 183.83 / 266.17

Playing with the spreadsheet calculator it should move our MFD to Jan 2019.
Is it wrong that I'm proud of my financial wizardry today??? I should get on with my assignment really. Yawn...ah well...needs must.

Yeah, any teacher can...there are different routes dependent on what you want to do/get out of it. TBH I got on mine at the same place I did my PGCE because of the massive price reductions involved at doing it at an institution that you have already studied with.

Just look at the institutions near where you live. I'm only actually in about 3/4 saturdays out of the year...most of it is self study in your own time. And it generally does fit in with what I'm doing at school as well.

Soooooooo frustrated I have been signed up to love film for AGES, in fact it was Amazon DVD rental I signed up for. Just tried to cancel it and it won't let me...says I need to ring up. So I emailed someone saying I wanted to cancel and they said I could do it online!!!

It wouldn't let me do it so I've taken a 12 week payment holiday instead. I'll try canceling it again tomorrow. Grrr....

In other news, the B&Q delivery has arrived and all my stuff looks yummy. I'm sooooo excited. The bathroom tiles are far nicer than I remember! Very strange. Right...time for a shower...its a MS tea tonight which is exciting! Pizza anyone?
