I know you'll all probably say I shouldn't moan and that at least I have some time off...

Still no sign of baby Moses!

My OH has just really upset me. He's now not prepared to do anythin on the house until the outside shed thing has been built!! I could honestly cry.
    Nothings going to happen again!.
I honestly don't think I can live like this much longer.
We don't even have a living room we can invite people into for godsake.
I'm fed up of being embarressed about where I live.

    Hi Twinklie

Sounds like you need a hug! I've been lurking for a while and really enjoyed reading your diary.

Well done on getting your room tidied and ready for next year. :T Good luck with getting the through the work, you sound incredibly organised you'll get there!

Well done on becoming a fully fledged teacher, I hope you can feel a bit better soon about oh and living room. I know it's easy for me to say but try not to be embarrased, my house is a wreck in my standards but I don't care if people see the peeling wallpaper and the crayon marks on the wall we'll get there eventually. If they have a problem then tough!

Well done on getting sorted for Sept, I'm teaching a new course for the next 2 years so have to put together all the course materials and assignments as well as do my NVQ assessing as well. I think I need to start now, I don't have the summer off like the lecturers.

    Take care Ev

Thanks for the hugs and best wishes folks! And thanks for posting Sarah...it's nice to know my mad ramblings are of some interest! Ha ha

Finished school now and to be honest, I'm a little sad (oddly). I've loads to do but loads of time to do it in!! I need to just chill out a bit I think!

Wow evab, your next few weeks sound as exciting as mine. I'm introducing a new course at school too (although I'll be doing it after hours) so I need to prep all that as well.

As for the house! It's one of those things...my parents house was a bit like steptoes yard. We weren't allowed anyone round when I was growing up because it was a state! That I had no control over so to live somewhere like that as an adult too where I do have control it's a nightmare! I just for once in my life just want to live somewhere with at least one nice tidy room! I am happier about everything today though!

I've definitely given up tidying since having kids, toys omg toys everywhere. Surely they only need a hoop and a stick?
