Go back on Tuesday for 4 days of INSET! Boo!!!
I've just got into this lazing about lark. Ha ha. Nah, in truth, I'm looking forward to getting out of the house a bit. I know I'll regret that soon enough, but it's true for now at least. Ha ha
I've got some laminating and cutting out to do before I go back. Hoping to do it tomorrow then I'm ignoring everything until I'm actually at school. I've done enough I reckon.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

Bit of bad news for us this weekend. Firstly the OH's Auntie who he was very close to died, so we are going up to Glasgow for the funeral tomorrow. So not the best last day of the holidays for me really.
And then last night OH found out that he's been sacked from DJing at the club he's worked at on a Saturday night for the last 8 years (or there about). Instead he's being offered a Sunday night slot, unfortunately it's £35 per week less. So thats not brilliant.
He thinks he's being groomed for being given the total elbow because Sunday nights are seasonal and only happen with the Students (we are a student city really). Hmmmm....not good.
Still, we will just be more money careful, still every intention of getting the dog. Will just cut back on other things if necessary. Still, I'm sooooo thankful of my job now. Start on Tuesday, and very much looking forward to the first pay cheque.....totally need it.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

The kids are FINALLY starting tomorrow! However, it's only yr 7 and 11. I only teach yr 7 last period on a Monday and the best bit is, they are having an assembly halfway through my lesson so I'll only have them for a 20 minutes really.
Yey! Thats a good start then! Ha ha ha. Still, I'm feeling more organised than I was previously. I'm nearly there I reckon. Hopefully it shouldn't be too much of a shock when they come tomorrow.
Right, time to check I've got everything ready before I go for a shower in a bid to chill out for the evening! Yey!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

So it's the end of teaching week one! I think it's gone pretty smoothly all in all. I'm pretty happy with it. I need to do some extra work with my yr 11's I think though. They just don't really seem to be getting it...bless em.
