being ill is rubbish especially the words "its a virus" .... hopefully both you and DH will be on the mend soon x
  • Just rest as much as you can, and i hope it does start to get easier soon. Nothing worse than feeling tired and grotty. Wait a minute, that is how i feel most of the time from the kids waking me up early every day. :rotfl:

Seriously, having Belle will have taken its toll too as she kept you up at times. You are probably quite run down so eat well and rest.

Thanks guys, I've had it for about 2 months now but DH seems to be recovering MUCH faster...think his will last about 2 weeks judging by how he's progressing through the stages.

Just marked my year 11 coursework...some pretty good results in it actually.
5 A's (target of 2), 5 B's (target of 2)....the rest are good grades too in relation to their targets BUT, I'm just really pleased with those results. Yey. Perhaps double periods do pay off after all!!

11 didn't do their improvements but some of these already have their target grades...I'll still tell them off on Monday!! :D

Right now just need to sort out my lessons for next week and then I can chillax! :rotfl:

Right it's mobile upgrade time. Looks like I'm going to go for a HTC Desire...just need to see what O2 will offer me now. I don't want to pay more than £20 per month (ideally less). But I'm too tired to call and haggle now. It's a job for tomorrow me thinks. Although there seems to be very little in the way of anything being offered deal wise with O2 if the threads on here are anything to go by. Ah well.

Right, bed soon me things. Sooooo tired and I'm feeling worse.

Ok so update time...health rather than money. Apparently there have been changes in my chest xray so I've been referred to the chest clinic. Hmmm...unfortunately the docs can't tell me more because they have lost the bloomin' xray. So who knows. But it looks as though there might be more to things than meets the eye.

I'm also now completely deaf in my left ear...I might have an ear infection or it might be connected to everything else thats wrong with me - apparently. Who knows. I've also had a difficult time keeping food down this week and the latest I've been to bed is 8.30 pm. The earliest is 7.30 pm. Not long good when you consider I only get home at 5.30 pm. Doh!

DH has his hospital appointment to say whether he needs an operation on his elbow next week and Belle has developed a serious limp and so is going to the vets tomorrow. It's all money draining and problems here unfortunately. Nothing exciting in the slightest. We are due some good news me thinks.

  • Hey twinklie
sorry you are feeling rotten, I hope the docs can get to the bottom of it soon and it is sorted quickly for you! Having had more than our share of health issues this year between me and oh , I really feel for you and know how frustrating the waiting can be ...
