Boo hiss OFSTED. Best of luck with that one, and everything else.
At least it is the middle of a good term. The kids should hopefully be reasonable for you.0 -
Yeah I'm glad it's now rather than later in the year. Means we can relax a bit when its over...before the exam stress starts.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

I'm still waiting for results to find out if I'm ok. Belle, has hurt her shoulder...she did stop limping but then went on a puppy mental rampage and it's caused her to start limping again. She might have to go for xrays at some point.
OFSTED is a nightmare. I have Monday all planned except period 2...sorting that now. Tuesday I still have to plan period 3, 4 and 5....but again I know what I'm doing - just got to sort the ins and outs out.
Ah ok - hope you get the results soon and an all clear. What is it with animals and their mad five minutes? Good luck with OFSTED0 -
Poor you - I have done 3 Ofsteds and still don't see the point of them. All they do is distract you from the real business of teaching children. Good luck with it and don't let them stress you.
Squirrel xxxPaid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -
Thanks guys. Bit annoyed actually to be honest. We got satisfactory despite most of the obs being good. It's all to do with past exam grades. Grrr. They couldn't give us higher apparently, even though we deserve it. Yawn.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

It is annoying. We were inspected so many times when we were in special measures. I never lost the sickening feeling, and i never stopped feeling annoyed. Like you say, at least it is over and done and the feedback is fairly quick these days.0

Hi guys. Thanks for the concern. My bloods etc all came back clear - but don't have the appointment for my chest until 25th. So thinks are still a bit unknown. To be honest since OFSTED I've been chasing my tail and trying to get organised back to where I feel I should be. So thats why I haven't been on here.
Belle is still unwell...still limping but at least she's being treated for it now. Looks like we are going to have to go for the x rays though to see what the issue is.
Still, I feel as thought I'm starting to get back on track now and I only have 9 more get ups until half term because we finish on the Thursday. Woop woop. On the bad side, DH has had his hours cut at the club and is only just making enough for it to be worth his while now. It's not looking good. Any ideas on what I can do regarding making more money...specifically from September when my salary drops again.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
