    hi mollypolly
so much that I have read here has been 'been there, done that, probably sold the t-shirt for a drink'
I think because others have written it down, I have stopped and thought about it more and decided that I'm better than this.
I rule my life, not some toxic carp with a fancy label.
hope I can help lift others when they are low, celebrate the highs and also continue to boast of my success.

just a quick good night from me....when I tuck the kids in bed, I am quietly very thankful that it wasn't too late to turn it round.

And that I'm here for them.

    take care.

Well done Bones and good luck with quitting smoking too - I found that a real challenge but it was the bestthing I have ever done - you will feel so much better without the ciggies.

Congrats bones, you kept that quiet! Keep up the great work :)

Suemck146, welcome and well done and good luck :)

Morning everyone else  things have not been as great here as others are reporting in, but bones' comment about ruling your own life and not being ruled by toxic carp with a fancy label and Bis' comment about being thankful it wasn't too late has had an impact on me today. I've got a can of beer left from yesterday and I plan to bin it before my 4pm wobbler starts. I'm feeling carp with a sore throat and temp today, DS is the same so we're both at home in the warm, I think I might potter round the kitchen giving it a clean up and sort out and start to organise a bit better and get out of this rut.

    xx
