I know what you mean I have just got into the habit of relaxing by drinking wine:rolleyes: Done terribly this weekend, bottle of white each night and pint of cider with pub lunch Saturday and glass of sherry and glass rose with Sunday dinner at mums yesterday:o I am ashamed of myself!

Right - aim for this week, no alcohol till Friday - I am going out for a meal with friends then but may drive thus eliminating possibilty of drinking! going off on hols on sunday so god knows what that will bring!

Hi everyone, and thanks for the encouragement! Well, my friend came round at the weekend - it was her birthday, so I offered to cook her a meal (as a good DFW!). Unfortunately she brought a bottle of champagne with her! Aaaargh! I had ONE GLASS - amazing, as I would usually have been in there, finishing the bottle. I used the excuse that I was running the next morning, and she seemed ok with that. Bit miffed that I didn't say no to a glass tho ggrrr.
