I'm going to get some nice soft drinks in too for tonight :D

Feeling fine about it all now - not missing it really but haven't been out with heavy drinking mates yet...sure I will then!

Perfectly said ISOM. BTW, my hubby used to have migraine regularly, not so much of a problem now that someone said about drinking a good deal of water. He has at least 3 pints of plain water per day and it's really helped. Might just help you too. Good luck with the neck and shoulder problems, it certainly must be adding to the problems.

Morning all, well as predicted this cutting down lark isn't going too well :o

I'm going to buy a 2 litre bottle of water and stick some orange squash in it later and shove it in the freezer so this evening when I'm cooking dinner I can sip on that instead. Hopefully that will take my mind off the bottle of wine in the fridge :D

  • Well. now into day 14, I wish I could say that I felt healthier and less tired but the truth is I feel knackered and bad tempered. I have put this down to my body adjusting to being booze free. The other night I felt like I had the devil on my shoulder telling me that one drink couldn't possibly hurt by I know it will! Will update you all in a few days, good luck everyone.

Well done spring watch girl :D I think you'll find it take 30 days to totally adjust, you're nearly half way there so don't spoil it and have to start all over again, well done!!
