I feel like I do get alot of me time compared to other mums but why am I so tired all the time? I am thinking its poor diet and lack of excerice so trying to walk more and eat better. Walking not too bad but diet not good. Today has been
Finishing off angel delight for breakfast
Rolos
Egg fried Rice for lunch
Rolos
Curly wurly
Angel delight
Drink - OJ and water
 I didnt realise how bad today had been until I wrote it down  Must have breakfast tomorrow.:j0 -
No bread and little for the kids lunches so Oh in a foul mood. Great start to the day.:j0

He does which is why he was in a bad mood! To be fair both our faults I knew a shop was due and I saw him bin the mouldy bread the day before so we both forgot to pick up some new.
£45 spent yesterday on groceries but havent been updating spending diary so need to do that to find out if anything left of the GC budget.
Day did get better thanks ISOM I just needed a quick vent rather than argue with OH!:j0 -
I have managed to get through £30 just on myself this week mostly carp chocolate and stuff which will not help me to lose weight and is not going to help me gain energy.
I have been walking to and from work (10mins each way lol) which is a small effort more calories and less diesel - although scrap that last bit cause OH just uses the car instead of his. It gonna be more than 2 miles.
Mood not too bad though so thats good. Worked hard today got home at 6.30 and managed to do the things I had planned. Down side is during the day new things were added I need to do. Know need to prepare for a visit Monday I was just going to help on and now doing on my own, Oh well never mind.
Thinking of getting DD2 a bike out of the catalogue for her birthday. More than I was planning to spend but if I can get one at a reasonable price and on BNPL it should be too bad. Shes outgrown her one we brought for her 5th birthday.
That enough strange varying ramblings for now. More tomorrow.:j0 -
How you doing? Hope youre ok as youve not posted and know you were feeling less than great...Hope you had a nice w/e with not too many chores & some fun?Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Thanks ISOM
Not been too go spent most of my time half asleep in bed today watching the Golf. Nothing done this wekend except bath two of the kids, bake a lemon cake and hobnobs. Looked at bikes for DD2 looking at £100 .
Feeling myself slipping at the moment no energy to cook or eat properly which ends up being a stupid cycle getting worse.
Busy week ahead maybe that will get my adrenalin going again. Out on site for work three times this week thankfully all no more than an hour 1/2 away which helps a bit. Dentist appointments on the days in between and then on Sat DD2 party and sleepover so need to find time to prep for that. Cannot be a lazy so and so this week thats for sure.
Money not looking good. Pay day Friday but just enough money to cover holiday spend budget and bills but I then will have dentist bills to pay although can claim up to £200 back. Still havent gone to Specsavers to see what my vouchers will cover.
Things could be alot worse so shouldnt complain really just annoyed at myself for being lazy at the moment.
Have to go will have to read your diary tomorrow hope you have had a good weekend yourself.
GR and Dizzy you guys too, you have both been quiet as well.:j0 -
Umm I think youre being tugh on yourself. Look at what you do & I dont think anyone (except you!) would ever accuse you of being lazy!! Youre always doing something & its no wonder youre tired...you have alot on your shoulders and as I've said before you need to have some chill time, guilt free! Maybe write down what you do & look at what oh does and work out between you a happy compromise so not so much is on you but also not too much on him? Hugs for you. In haste now as have 14 mins to shower, kiss cats & out!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

Hiya Wendy...sorry but I've got to shout at you now...YOU ARE NOT LAZY!!!!! You work blimming hard on top of everything else that you do...and you manage to bake inbetween. How would you do all that if you were lazy?
You're just feeling tired and run down because of everything you do!
There are bound to be times when you feel despondant, but every day brings you closer to your goal.

Thank you I am feeling better today. I cant help but feel lazy at doing practically nothing all weekend. I know I have been busy recently but I feel myself falling back to old ways. Baking isnt too hard I only do simple recipes
. Washing ups the hard part.
Have two productive days and got more good feedback from the boss about my reports so I happy with that. He didnt seemed to bothered that I was taking along time to do them.
Cost wise expensive day £55 dentist (can claim that back via policy) but next appointment over £200 and then theres more   I ll have the first appointment and claim £145 back and then hold off on the rest.
Finally ordered some new glasses after having my perscription updated weeks ago. Instead of c £150-200 for one paid of glasses I paid £104 for two the second being perscription sunglasses and I can claim about £50 back from work do a saving of at least £50 :money: .
Lunch was free c/o boss so a nice surprise there and yesterdays (a naughty McDs) is also claimable, except for a £1, which I wasnt expecting.:j0
