where from - in a cancellation e-mail or do you still need to formally cancel the order ?
I would cancel it over the phone and dont forget to take the name of the person who you deal and the time too. They will lose a lot of buisness through this i would imagine when i spoke to the customer service person she said oh your money will be in the account next week thats not good enough to be honest they are quick to take your money but when its the other way round its :wall:0 -
I have had the £22.50 taken out, but in my statement it says £18.50 refund to delta - do you think I'm safe ?0

What is the number to ring to cancel my order?0
-
I think its just the main number for additions direct 0844 822 00990

I used the code ZG103 last week and got into a pickle with the website so phoned the helpdesk/call centre on 0844 822 0099 and they were extremely helpful (Not sure but I don't think 0844 numbers are as expensive as 0870 numbers)0

I have chickened out and have rung to cancel the order and was told ' a request to cancel the order will be put through'.. wether this means its actually cancelled is another matter! Was told the money would be refunded and if they do turn up, to not accept delivery.0

The full amount was taken from my bank (£23.50) even though at the checkout the total bill was £4.00. Rang up to claim back the £15 and £3.50 delivery and was told they would sort it out and ring me back. Didn't hear back from them and so have just rang up and asked for a full refund and to cancel the order. Was told the money will be back in my account next week!0

only got £20.00 back not the extra £3.50 advice please0
