Was all set to ring and cancel this morning,after they deducted the full amount etc....luckily checked my bank first and the £18.50 had been credited to my account. So heres hoping they arrive for MUM tommorow.

I also got the refund today - I nice surprise when I checked my balance. In the reply to my enquiry they said the discount was refunded when the goods were dispatched, so that may be why some refunds aren't there yet, depending on your delivery date.

They debited and credited my account today. So they've still taken £5, so it better turn up!

Wow, 18.50 credited into account today, i didnt think i was going to get it back, as was ready to cancel. Flowers should come today as well, as i asked for friday delivery.

l had cancelled my order monday and guess wot my flowers showed up today, however l returned them. funny thing is no money has been taken out but on my additions account it says i`ve only been credited £20.00 and not the delivery charge. they best no charge me delivery its outrageous l cancelled donkeys ago!!!!!
never gonna order anythin from these guys again.....BIG MISTAKE
