my flowers are AWFUL. Not even worth £5! Could have done much better in Tesco. Wish I'd cancelled too.

mine too!!! I had to pick out a couple of dead/off colour and drooping ones!

As noted above, you may find that they aren't so lovely. If I had had to pay the full £23.50 I would have been very annoyed at the quality of the flowers.

i agree - the flowers are not worth £20. morrisons have nicer.

hope the tulips that are due to be delivered to MiL are better.

I got a refund and the flowers just arrived, the delivery man refused to take them away.

He said he would just bin them so we should just keep them, better not get charged again, this company is a joke !

my flowers just came ....they werent brilliant for £4 (the thankyou bouquet) but my online statement is showing at £23.50 so i phoned them and the lady said my statement balance is £4 so when payment is due it will be £4 -they were very nice i just said id got the code from a leaflet in a magazine.

Just received my flowers - they are very nice but my account is still showing at full price despite customer services telling me this would change.

mine too! and they came via home delivery network and were badly knocked about & crushed! i told my dh that tesco do nicer ones for £5!!

i also got some from M&S which also came badly battered, they were in a planter but the flowers had came out of the planter and were on their side in the box and crushed.

M&S are sending me out a new boquet, fingers crossed theyre better but additions said they could offer a 10% refund or I could return them :mad: Whats 10% and it doesn't change the fact mums got no mothers day present unless i give her a bunch with half the flowers crushed / damaged. the water in the bottom had soaked through the side of the box too
