there was the option to deliver the flowers on sunday when ordering so they must deliver sundays too. I hope you get them

for those who got the code refunded check your additions account if you have one. they charged the code bk to my account!

I placed an order for two bouquets from additions, but after tracking my order I noticed I had been charged full price!!Emailed additions and they replied assuring me once the order had gone through the discount would be taken off.However my order date was for the 4th March and not going to arrive in time for Mothers Day, so I emailed again to cancel the order.Additions replied to say this had been done.

NOW MOTHERS DAY IS HERE AND TWO BEAUTIFULL TULIP BOUQUETS HAVE JUST BEEN DELIVERED TO MY DOOR- TOTALLY FREE!!:T

Checked my additions account and balance showing a big fat zero

Would not be surprised if they twig liev it will show that they have delivered and still could charge you for them.

I expect theyll charge for them! If theyre charging back the codes then they can easily charge back the flowers.

I too paid by card and when I spoke to them I told them they werent charging anything back to my card as I wasn't authorising them to do so and informed I was going to call the bank when I got off the phone and cancel the card. Then when I logged into my account by chance later in the day I saw a £19 charge :mad:

I rang and tried to explain to two people the charge wasnt owed and couldn't be justified then when I spoke to a manager he removed the charge. Just waiting and hoping they dont put it back on sneakily!
