Mothers Day Flowers £5 delivered!!!

I just phoned additions and they said they'd put the £18.50 back on my card in the next few days and i'll get the flowers as normal on the day i wanted them delivered0

I phoned and got told the code expired last December.
The woman was rude and unhelpful when I tried to explain that they were authorised to take £4 and not the full amount.
In the end I gave up and cancelled the order but I won't be having any more dealings with this company.
It's up to their website to make sure a code is valid before accepting it, not up to me to check with them.
She even had the cheek to tell me to email the website as she wasn't the website !0 -
I sent an e-mail yesterday requesting the difference be re-paid into my bank account immediately as i did not authorise them to remove £23.50 and this was not stated on the confirmation.
I have just telephoned them also to complain and she said that the difference has been refunded but it may take a couple of days to show up on the account and the order would still be delivered.
Like the person who posted above the person who answered the phone was quite rude to me when I complained and I stated I simply thought that their system of taking the full amount and then refunding the difference should be much more transparent and told her my bank account could potentially have gone over the limit with subsequent bank charges.....she didn't have much to say to that! :mad:0 -
First I had an email saying that I had been rejected now I have an email saying:
Many thanks for your recent order from our Mother's Day Flowers collection.
You may have noticed that the delivery date on the email confirmation we sent you was incorrect suggesting that your flowers would arrive too late.
We're pleased to inform you that this was a mistake on our behalf and your flowers will be delivered on the date that you requested and most importantly in time for Mother's Day.
We are very sorry for any confusion caused and we hope you are delighted with your order.
What is this all about.

I ordered these flowers twice. Paid by debit card. 2x £23.50 debited from bank. On additions site, under 'statements' it shows £18.50 refunded back to debit card on both accounts on 27/2. Nothing showing on my bank this morning but would expect it to come through tomorrow?0

Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive.
Just received this.Hope it helps0 -

I have sent them an email to see if the order is still on because I have ordered some more flowers somewhere else and I log onto the website and nothing comes up when clicking on my account or orders. So if the order is still on my mother will get two lots of flowers.0
