As in like a gift voucher? To redeem on another purchase? I don't really want to make another purchase! Or to your bank account?
Haven't charged my account yet, will have to wait till tomorrow at least I guess.0 -
My account has been debited by the full amount of 23.50, in the past with marshall ward they refunded a few days later, this is crazy having to wait for 4 weeks before they refund the 18.50. They should explain this when you put the code into the website.0

I regret posting this now.
How can it all go through at £5 with email saying £5, then charge your card the full price?! Will never buy for them again! Even though it will be refunded. Its not good enough.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -
i cancelled this morning but got this e-mail
Many thanks for your recent order from our Mother's Day Flowers collection.
You may have noticed that the delivery date on the email confirmation we sent you was incorrect suggesting that your flowers would arrive too late.
We're pleased to inform you that this was a mistake on our behalf and your flowers will be delivered on the date that you requested and most importantly in time for Mother's Day.
We are very sorry for any confusion caused and we hope you are delighted with your order.
Yours sincerely

I think its ridiculous that they can just take a different amount to what was stated in the order confirmation email.
They said to me;
"Thank you for your email about the promotion code you used on your order.
On checking your account, I have found that you are not entitled to the discount code you used. You cannot use the code you used on an account that is opened with a credit/debit card.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions:
2.3 Where you have redeemed a promotional code or any other offer ("a Code") against your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the Code has been issued to you personally, that you comply with all the terms of the offer and qualify for the Code. In the event that the Code has not been issued to you for your personal use or you do not qualify for the offer, the price of the order will be adjusted notwithstanding any email or other confirmation that you receive."
Presumably then if I had paid another way, i.e. not with a credit / debit card then that would be fine..??!

Hi All
I also ordered these flowers and was charged the full £23.50  im really not happy. I phoned and got through to a girl who really wasnt sure what to do, and said she would have to send an email to the office.
I have since sent an email to there customer services and got this reply back today.
"Unfortunately we are unable to process your order code as our records show you are not eligible for the promotional discount applied to your order.
Terms and conditions apply therefore, we are unable to process the order with the promotion.
This code only applies if you open up a credit account with us. As you have opened a cash account, where you pay for your items at the time of ordering, you are not entitled to the discount.
This is also stated in the terms and conditions of the offer.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused."
So basically you need to open a credit account with them and I chose the option to pay with my debit card. I am not prepared to open an account with them so therefore cancelled my order. I will wait and see how long it takes them to refund my money. Unfortunatley I need to wait on two lots of £23.50 as I got my husband to also order the flowers.0 -
I have just rung them and they said that they will refund the £18.50 within 48hours, so fingers crossed. So many people are getting told so many different things, seems a shambles.0

To me it just looks like they are coming up with excuses as I got this email explaining why I couldn't get the discount,
Dear Miss XXXXXXX
Many thanks for your e-mail regarding the order you have recently placed.
Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. This code has been stopped, due to it being posted on forums online. This has meant people have been placing orders to claim the discount off their order, where they are not entitled to it.
Our terms and conditions, point 2.3, does advise that if a code has not been personally issued to you, it will be removed from your order. This amendment will be done without notifying you first. When placing your order, you tick the Terms and conditions box, to advise you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Where our customers have been sent this offer, we are honouring the discount. Please can you confirm, where your code was obtained from, and include a copy of the offer. We will then be able to apply the discount for you
Kind Regards
Jan Jackson
