Mothers Day Flowers £5 delivered!!!

I just ordered it to..however I havent received a email and the order hasn't appeared on my ac!!!!....is this normal??

My order has appeared now and I've got the confirmation email, everything seems to be in order. Says order accepted on the tracker :-)

Hi all

I checked my bank account this morning and noticed that I have been charged the full £23.50 from Additions for the flowers! I used the code and received the email confirmation saying it had been accepted and my card would be debited for £5, needless to say I am not happy about the £23.50 being taken!

Anyone else had this problem?

I've emailed additions and am awaiting their reply!

Hi just of phone to additions they took the full £22.50 from my account. Been told I have to wait till my first statment comes in about 4 wks before they can refund. Is this right. I used code and was told only £4.00 to pay now I am down £22.50. Not a very happy bunny. Wont be doing this again.

Got the same! Additions took the £23.50. Refund £18.50 next statement I would advise everyone to check your bank accounts!!

oh dear...they have done the same to me..now need to cancel the order, really gonna to affect my budget! How quick do they refund?

Checked my card - also been charged full amount, so rang up and cancelled.

Just cancelled to..said it will be 48 hours for the refund to happen.

I will explain to my mum that it was an offer so i could get them delivered to her. She doesn't care how much they are/were as she rather I didn't spend a fortune, which means I can also spoil her and get her some nice lancome bargains from the cheap make up sites.

Are you sure this will be accepted and not rejected - your card details and registered address will not match so your card provider may decline payment
