I had an email yesterday confirming my order but when i tried to track my order today it states 'there are no outstanding orders'.

When i tracked it yesterday it stated 'order accepted'

Has this happened to anybody else.

I ordered the tulip bouquet for my daughter this week as a surprise treat, and although they arrived a day later than stated (did the 48 hour delievery slot) she said they are absolutely beautiful and really nicely presented in pink organza, ribbon and tissue. (The only problem is it doesn't give you the option of attaching a gift card, so I posted a card to arrive on the same day).

The voucher code worked when I ordered them but then I got charged full price so I rang Additions and they applied the code over the phone with no problems. The refund went through straightaway, (you can see all the transactions in your account page).

I managed to get them delivered to a different address by registering the account in my daughter's name and address, but paid by my debit card.

Hope this helps in case any of you are wondering whether to order or not. (Just as a point of interest I orderd a couple of dinner services using the same voucher code but different email addresses; they came out at £5 each and they're fantastic!)

I've needed to ring additions twice this week and they've been really helpful both times.

slightly confused, recieved an email confirming my order for the tulips, stating the discount of £18.50. however wen l checked my account to track the order the price is £23.50 with no mention of the discount. is the case with everyone or have they simply not applied the discount.
not sure wot to do, whether to ring them or not?????

I have had an email rejecting me saying:

Unfortunately we are unable to process your recent order as our records show you are not eligible for the promotional discount applied to your order. Terms and conditions apply. Therefore we are unable to process the order with the promotion.

Has anybody else had this problem?

Have you ordered from argos additions before? The code is only valid for your 1st order from additions only.

Yep, when I ordered last night and went to apply the voucher it told me it was invalid (see previous page for error, I forget now :)). Nice for those that managed to get it though, good bargain that :)

Same here,i telephoned them operator said to phone when delivered and they will apply code,i said i would rather cancel than that,he asked supervisor what was happening and she said it was a unstatmented bill and discount will be refunded,i will keep eye on this and if no refund by wednesday i will cancel order, also i chose sun 2nd for delivery, but when i got email it said expected delivery mon 3rd,operator said should be delivered fri/sat,hope so,but why offer mothers day delivery if they have no intentions of delivering on that day??

well l rang additions too, spoke to a lovely lady who said along the same lines that discount would be applied later, however they were unsure of the delivery date. so l decided to cancel, as its not worth the hassle if they dont honour the discount and the main reason being if the flowers are not delivered on the right date then its pointless!!!
