I used to get panic attacks, I was working in a very stressful job at the time and regularly used to walk out of resturants and leave OH sitting there. And then they went.

HAPPY BIRTHADY SHEZ AND MST. PP :beer: .

Had a much better night last night. Going to bed for a couple of hours, then will get up and take DS out. Must clean the house it is minging. OH has been off all week but he just can't be a***d.

STUDENTGIRL shame about your placement, most of my students dread coming on our ward but find they really enjoy it after they stop being terrified.

Havent posted all week keep trying to get on and something else crops up my favourite work day as only here till 3 then weekend starts, DD15 is back from her skiing trip with school tomorrow so I imagine the WM will be working overtime it has been a long week without her definately missed her loads

Morning. Way down the list today.

Day off again. Wifes' birthday. She found out that she passed her first masters assignment and also got a good on her teaching practice observation, so that is a great encouragement.
For me too, I hate it when she is miserable worried and fed up. looking good for me tonight

I made some real Boston baked beans yesterday, cooked them all day in a warm oven. Really delicious If you want to try it click here
One thing to watch out for is the wind issues later.
I also got the old barb que out and scraped off the gunge from last year and cooked pork chops. Fab.....

Well off out to the meadery for a meal tonight. The day is shaping up well....

Nothing exciting happening here today as usual, the kitchen chores are mostly taken care of and after another half hour thats all the time in there finished until much later when i finish w**k.

I wish i was off at the weekend but unfortunately i have to work, there are just too many days to work before some time off comes around and i think that it`s making me a little depressed really, i`ll be off out with the hounds shortly and it seems very windy outside so hopefully that will blow a few cobwebs away.

Did I forget anyone?

I slept in. Need to go to the office but it's blowing a hooly and I wish I'd just brought my work home. :rolleyes:
OS wise I need to clean out the fridge, do another load of washing, make some more bread and we're having Nigella's buttermilk chicken for tea.

Embarassing story of the day..... I wear a big clip to hold my hair up and I went to put it on as I was rushing out yesterday so I pulled it out of my coat pocket. My pockets are the dumping ground for stuff I find lying around and some stuff must have got caught up in the clip so unbeknownst to me I walked about all day with the lid from a milk bottle, 2 matches and a piece of silver foil attatched to my hair clip.

This morning I have been watching abit of my Dirty Dancing 25th anniv dvd! whilst eating a bacon & egg soda farl and the odd milk tray!:D

I also got Colin Firths dvd "when did you last see your father" (which I missed seeing at the cinema), and the Dancing on Ice Tour dvd!

Kids are sorted for tomorrow, so DH will be taking me out then - but today is birthday cake which will go well with a nice cuppa later on!;)

Oh forgot....we have booked tickets to see the 3D U2 film at the Imax next wednesday too!
