Well, I would go to the doctor to get that checked out, blood pressure, heart, sugar levels etc. Don't put it off.

Hi All, not been quite myself lately - in two weeks I've attended the funerals of my beloved Mum, a fdear riend and, today, a very dear uncle. Bit surreal seeing people I don't usually see twice in two weeks. Just a very strange time all round. Hopefully i can now begin to get my head together again. Making me really consider my own mortality and what is really important. My usual priorities are not that important. I certainly don't mean I ought to be wasteful, but saving every penny maybe isn't the be-all and end-all. Sorry, this could be the wine talking here! Hope you are all ok.

I know just what you mean, I have been scrimping and saving like a mad thing and for what????? ok, we have a holiday in France paid for and do want to go to Florida, but we will get there somehow..........its only money and you can't take it with you............you just never know whats round the corner...so far this week I have had to replace my printer and have bought a new computer...........just not bothering about it anymore.

We had an email today from my friend whose daughter got married in Novemebr, she is to be a granny again, the baby is due in August......she has asked us to go and house sit for her in early April...........:T :T :T a bit for the Florida pot.

I have spent most of the day trying to get things onto this computer...its a long job I can tell you.

Toad in the hole for supper with cauli and brocc, followed by the last of the oranges in jelly................

Got up this morning and put some toast in for me and youngest DD all of a sudden I really did not want it and started feeling very bizarre to the point I started to panic! could feel my breathing getting shallow, I went clammy, cold and started sweating profusely, in fact by this point panic turned into fear which I think made it worse!
Thankfully these symptoms subsided within minutes of getting onto my bed, hubby was home within minutes and I was feeling okaish after 30 minutes or so!
    Very scary at the time!
Have felt strangely tired all day and slightly un nerved as to what caused it but I am still here so far!!
    Sorry to ramble :)

Hi triage...it sounds like a panic attack to me hun. I had a couple shortly after mum died a few years ago and that feeling of going to die is dreadful. I bought some Bach flower remedies Aspen which are for 'unknown fears and terrors' and I never experienced them again. (touch wood) Would mention it to the doctor though just to put your mind at rest.
    Hope you're feeling better.

I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.

    Hi everyone
Back on the hospital PC, they have wi-fi but though manage to connect cannot make it go from local to internet, so coping with a Spanish (sticky) keyboard. DH appears fine, he is no longer on a drip but they are giving him injections and tablets to dispurse blood clots/thin his blood. Considered going home tonight, but too tired so will stay here now. Just been playing some music on the laptop and playing What as boredom is creeping in with him now. He´s in San Jamie C-C. I cannot beleive the speed of the treatment, ultrasound on his neck, and another ECG today. They say they want to do another scan of his head (I keep telling him they are trying to find his brain, and he says, no problem, he will just put his head on one side and the pea will fall out, then they can scan it) so he hasn´t lost his sense of humour. They also said they were referring him to ENT, don´t know how that relates, sometimes wish I was more medical, but maybe better not to be. Either that or the night nurse reported the volume of his snoring. I said to ask about that if he does see ENT. Just had a cocoa from the machine, and now going back to his room. They say they anticipate he will be in until Tuesday to allow them to get the all the results back.
Thanks again for all your good wishes. Smokey hoping for better news from you soon. ((hugs)).
