hmm.. I've rang them 3 separate times to request an application form....each time I am told it is put in the post....never received anything :-/0
-
just phoned them today for an application form. hopefully start saving even more now. the woman i spoke to was very helpful and even mentioned this website! she did say though in regard to topping up just before you go shopping it might not work as can sometimes take 24-48 hours to register. think i will just go with a direct debit - might help me budget a bit better as well. thanks to everyone for the heads-up on this card!0

Maybe something a little too obvious, but have you double checked they have the right address on their systems?0 -

I agree it helps with the budget to go DD, but just to let you know, I always top up just before (or just after) the shop - doing it just after the shop works well as you know exactly what to put on the card, however if you've got a 'pre-set amount' from a direct debit on the card it would maybe make you stick to a target spend?! And my customer services top ups have always been instant.
Fantastic that you had someone so helpful on the end of the phone though, makes a nice change for any business!0 -
Hi all,
I have noticed that CC+ points disappeared from my till receipt, it used to be under TPF Bonus point, but from 25/01 & 27/01 till receipts there wasn't, and I only get £ for 1 point.
can someone verify this please. thanks0 -
It's always appeared under TPF underneath the Clubcard points on my receipts, but retrospectively - i.e the TPF points have only appeared on the following visit. (Is this what you're used to as well?)
I haven't checked my last receipts though so will keep an eye out in case it has stopped!0 -
Essenchill: I thought exactly the same thing as you, as I didn't remember them confirming an address with me the first time around...but second and third they definately had my current address (which is also where my clubcard and my tesco credit card -the normal one- mail gets sent)...so no idea what is happening to it! Must remember to ring them again!0

Rest easy nanjo - I think you'll find that points are 'disappearing' in readiness for the qtrly mailing, due February.
It can give you a fright, I know.
But you can give HO a Freephone call - 0800.505555 and ask to be tfr'd.
They may try to fob you off with a paying no.(0845) but just try again with another free call.
Clubcard Freephone will also help - 0800 - 591688
