I too have had a McDonalds today which I did not need money or calorie wise!! I blame my work colleagues they made me do it.... made me get in my car and drive one of them to the drive through and made me order a burger and fries for myself..... shocking!!!!
I've just remembered I also bought crisps and chocolate when I filled my car up with petrol on the way home as I was really hungry as I was working late so i can get my work done before I have a week off next week.
I am currently watching Delia Smith on BBC2 and contemplating if I need to order her new cookbook from Play.com. What do you think? I have resisted so far:EasterBun0 -

Howdy
I haven't done badly as went out drinking with a friend with who I used to easily spend £100 on a night out and spent just £13. And she was so happy for me that I am getting my debts sorted - hurrah. Mind you spending only £13 was helped no end by the fact that my tube line is stopping at 10.30 on weekdays at the moment so I left the pub at 9.30 - grrrrr and yay in equal measures.
Never mind - am still feeling virtuous...even if I have failed to list on ebay this evening (again) - that £100 for March is looking soooooooooo unlikely.
LC I just saw you are in London too. Where are you?? I am out in the East End£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Oh I am way out in the East End, Walthamstow (for now anyway, my housemate is selling the flat from under me so I will be homeless soon). But I work in Old Street so I know the area quite well.
I am very jealous of you being in Farringdon, my journey to work would be so darn easy from there.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

MOrning gang.
Urgh. Having a complete nightmare life at work at the moment. Really could curl up and die, which isn't a good thing to contemplate. *sighs*
Also I went out on Friday night for the works do - only spent £6 so was a bit of a bargin night. Anyway OH in his kindness decided to do the weekly food shop without me. He spent £38 (our weekly budget is £40) and basically bought rubbish. No actual meal planning was carried out so we ended up having burgers and chips for dinner last night. gag. Anyway I then spent my evening going round various stores, makro, tesco etc buying the stuff that OH didn't!!!! Urgh.
Also went on the excercise bike and only did a mile and my thighs were killing me. I literally could not stand up in the shower!! I am soooo unfit obviously. All those months (well actually over a year) spent in the gym and its now all undone!!! Gr.
Can you tell i'm feeling really miserable today.0 -

:hello: Welcome icklemissus - you are now member No. 44 of our prestigious club!
tmd ((((HUGS)))), I know how hard it can be when work sucks. Easter soon though - at least you'll have a few days time-out! My OH is the opposite yours; he's kindly offered to do the food shop tonight, but instead of keeping to my budget he'll spend half of it, and we won't have anything to eat for a week! The important thing is he's doing it for me, which is more than my ex ever did!
To all those that have recently succumbed to McD's - there must be something in the air! I had one on Sunday night, but OH paid, so half guilt-free! And, it really helped me get over my hangover! That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!
I'm feeling a little bit left out with everybody living close to each other! Anyone from Wolverhampton? Hellooooo . . . . . Anybody there? . . . . . Can you hear me? . . . . .
No, just me then!
LC, I've spent the time it's taken to write this post trying to figure out what SATC is, but now I give up! Help me out!
Hope everyone has a good day,
