Good morning everyone,

Taplady :hello:
Nothing much planned today, we are about to walk to school - trying to keep this up, when its dry for 2 reasons, one to keep healthy and two to save petrol!!! Mind you, DD is still in bed and we are leaving in 10 minutes, so hopefully she will move soon, or she will be walking in her pjs!!!
Have a little one coming for an hour or two this morning, as a trial run, if all works out i will look after him 9 hours a week - not much, but will replace another LO i have who is leaving at the end of March so at least thats sorted. Still hoping for another, i could do with 3 days a week minimum, but nothing at the moment. All the other childminders i know are saying the same thing so i know its nothing personal!!!
DD much better now - and has actually just come downstairs fully dressed, so thats good!
Right, better go - hope everyone has a lovely day,
Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0 -

Slight panic when I found the forum was down earlier!!!
Had a really good weekend. Had foot relfexoolgy on Saturday and spent the day with my best friend. Stayed at my sister's all weekend playing silly devils in the evenings and went to the Chinese New Year celebrations yesterday. I was given free tickets so thought I'd go along.
Tried mutton last night for the first time. Was very nice.
Done all my daily clicks, so there's one thing out of the way.
Going to see my sis later.

Morning all
Choccy Orange - Good luck.
Hugs all round to those in need today.
Half term here this week and DH forgot so woke us all up at 6am  ....I'm sure it's just because he wanted me to make his morning coffee  .
Had another good day on ebay yesterday, £57 on 7 items, all but one paid straight away too so DH has taken them to post today - have transferred £297 from paypal so far - quite pleased as these really are items we won't miss. Got another 6 items listed to end next weekend, they should make at least another £30 if I'm lucky. I do love ebay :j
Spent most of the weekend finding information for HB claim - they asked for certain information on the form, which we sent off last month, then they've come back and said we'd not sent this that and the other.....well they never asked!!! I'm not a mind reader!! Wasn't even aware that we might be eligable for HB until I found their online calculator, it's saying we may be entitled to £63 per week!!!! (can't see that happening some how) Our rent is stupidly high - but in line with everything else in the area....so fingers crossed we're eligable and can get it back dated till November when we moved in.
Need to have a whizz round with the hoover later and clean the parrot out but the rest of the housework is done - just need to prise DD's out of their pits before my friend and her boys come round after lunch. Got the boys all afternoon so have had to alter meal plan to accomodate as youngest is autistic and has a very limited diet....both very polite boys though so enjoy having them round.
Hope you all have a great day.
Edited to add.......PP - Hope you feel better soon x"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
