Hi all
7lb by Good Friday, that sounds a good challenge, will add that to my sig.
Food today for me:
Breakfast - yoghurt
Lunch - 2 x slices toast with baked beans
Dinner - not sure but have major craving for junk type food, may investigate how to make SW chips!
Am feeling very tired, have had a mental few days (no sleep sunday night, study fieldwork trip on monday which started at 5am, very domestic day tues with loads of shopping and cooking, uni today). Have some booked time off now so am going to relax with videos for the next few nights :j . However, only on the condition that I do my birsk walks during the day first! :A
Am going to look up this chips recipe and then chill out for a bit, speak to you all soon, good luck to those weighing in tonight. Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -
What number was I then ? I can't find the list ?Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Evening all
Frogga you were number 1 of course
I was 2 -but i don't want to be a number 2 :rotfl:
So how is everyone diddling then? tickity boo i hope
Well dinner was altered slightly..prawn salad turned into pasta salad but with kassler -cured pork loin/ham/gammon type stuff and very nice it was too... i decided to do that as i wanted to use up the 1/2 pepper, 1/4 cumber etc as im getting my fresh salad n veg tomorrow...so i now have room for the fruit n veg in the morning :j It was yummy, for the dressing i mixed a spoon of mayo with the last of the open tub of greek yoghurt and a dollop of mustard with grated horse raddish in and seasoning
Chloebelle if you can't find the SW chips i have started doing them like the "cook yourself slim" programme... you just toss the chipped potatoes in a beaten egg white and season.. i used a bit of garlic salt -but make sure you put them on a silicone sheet as they weld to the baking sheet otherwise
including non stick
Taplady -im shocked  i thought you were a member of the WI.. didn't realise you just went to get cake..mind you are still supporting them aren't you :rotfl:
Toniwotty -hope you got your bank card sorted
Im waiting to see what i weigh on Friday so i can set my "good friday" target..... heck im impatient at times
Tomorrow i need to ring up and pay off my EVANS store card.. then im going to cut it up -as im NEVER shopping there again :j wooohhhooooo
Well i have had a bath and have nothing much else to do for the evening.... so my veg out on the sofa
have a good evening everyone -and good luck to anyone weighing in tomorrow

Only if you stand in a room full of about 49 other women and let the Mcpoo woman prod your butt and then show it on national telly!!!
If you knew you were going to appear on prime time TV in your pants, wouldn't you make sure they were the same colour as your bra?I'm not talking matching patterns but colour matched, surely?
(yeah and mine don't always match but I ain't flashing them in front of millions of people!!!)
If I started waltzing around in matching undies, people would think i was having an affair!;)"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

Done it! The stones are now down by one again - and 2lb to spare! I really don't want to go up to that big number again! Haven't had time for the porridge since the weekend, but am eating a bowl of muesli instead. Salad type lunch and smaller than usual portion of whatever DH has cooked for me at night - yummy casserole with loads of veg tonight.Resolution:

I'll never manage 7lb by then if it is December.. I am on the verge of quitting anyway.. it is all a bit futile.. I never get any peace.. have 3 school runs a day and 4 on 2 days. I a, still where I was at a year ago so what exactly is the point???????
*flounces over and sits in the sulking chair*
I can't do this.. I'll just pay off my debts and save up for surgery.. there's a plan!

I don't have matched undies. Does that make me a bad person?

I dont have matched ones either!I do try and put the same colour bra and pants on but not always!:D plus there's no way I'd flash my bum on national TV:eek:
Had my weigh in tonight and over the last 2 weeks I've put a pound on, not bad considering all the quality street and cake I've eaten!:D but I'm still half a pound under my target:j .
I hope to be good now as in a week I'm off on holiday to Cornwall for a week so could do with a few pounds to play with!:D
chloebelle - SW chips are easy - just parboil the chips for a few mins - dry on kitchen roll and spray with frylight and cook in the oven for 20 mins or so at about 200 degrees. they are really tasty!
see you all in the morning!
ps
Frogga - cant remember what number original I was either!Do what you love :happyhear0
